    Production management control plays an important role in the productive economic enterprise performance evaluation, as this study is to examine the role of monitoring the operation of production and how to evaluate productive performance, and has applied this study on spiral pipes industry National Foundation ALFAPIPE of ghardaïa as a sample of the Algerian economic institutions, as important to the topic under study, using the questionnaire as a tool to collect information was distributed to the study sample and a personal interview with an observer and Assistant management Director of management and control another person in charge Department of production, analysis, process we relied on statistical package program (spss), and which answer the main problem for study through access to the result that says contribute to observe conduct production in productive performance through appropriate production performance and reduce errors and deviations and avoided by the productive performance indicators and quality control and product, control of production costs, Safety and maintenance programs.
