    قاعدة الأمر بالشيء أمر بلوازمه دراسة تأصيلية تطبيقية

    يؤصّل هذا البحث قاعدة من القواعد الأصولية التي تستنبط منها الأحكام الشرعية، والتي يعنى بها كل من رام ط ريق الاجتهاد، ألا وهي: "قاعدة الأمر بالشيء أمر بلوازمه"، وذلك ببيان مفهوم هذه القاعدة عند الأصوليين، وشرح مفرداتها؛ والتعرض لفروعها وأقوال العلماء فيها والصيغ التي ترد بها في الكتب الأصولية، ثم استعراض نماذج تطبيقية للفروع الفقهية لقواعد الأمر بالشيء أمر بلوازمه، كذكر مسائل فقهية لقاعدة ما لا يتم الواجب إلا به فهو واجب في باب العبادات والمعاملات، كذلك تناول مسائل فقهية لقاعدة الأمر بالشيء نهي عن ضده في باب العبادات وباب المعاملات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمر بالشيء أمر بلوازمه، القواعد الأصولية، ما لا يتم ال واجب إلا به فهو واجب، الأمر بالشيء نهي عن ضده، العبادات، المعاملات.This research aims to explain one of the fundamentalist rules from which legal rulings are derived, and which everyone who seeks the path of ijtihad is concerned with, namely: “the rule of commanding a thing is commanding its necessities,” by clarifying the concept of this rule according to the fundamentalists, and explaining its vocabulary; Exposure to its branches, the sayings of scholars about it, and the formulas that appear in the fundamentalist books, then reviewing applied models of the jurisprudential branches of the rules of enjoining something is a command by its necessities, such as mentioning jurisprudential issues regarding the rule that an obligation cannot be completed without it, it is obligatory in the chapter of acts of worship and transactions, as well as dealing with jurisprudential issues of the rule of enjoining something and forbidding it. Opposite of it in the chapter on acts of worship and the chapter on transactions.
