Le résume de notre étude les disposition de recherche de domicile des maisons entre la loit algeriene et les regulet islamique est que l'inspection est une procédure d'enquête visant la collecte de preuves d'un crime qui a effectivement eu lieu ou s'est fonde sur de forte clues pour le commettre ‚ Cette procédure s'est développée suivant les changements des systèmes en vigueur dans chaque phase bien que le législateur n'a pas abordé sa définition au code des procédures pénales néanmoins la jurisprudence l'a rédigée dans diverses définitions et toutes conviennent à stipuler urisprudence l'a rédigée dans diverses définitions et toutes conviennent à stipuler que les caractéristiques de l'inspection sont la bonté‚ La coercition‚ l'atteinte droit au secret et la recherche des preuves de nature matérielle c'est ce qui la exceptionnel qui la fait distinguer autres procédures dʹenquête à savoir lʹexamen.Lʹaspect exceptionnel de cette procédure, étant une procédure qui touche lʹintimité et la vie privée des individus a laissé le législateur sʹentourer dʹun ensemble de clauses formelles et objectives, en outre son application est restreinte, concernant seulement une catégorie désignée et dans des cas déterminés. Donc, cʹest ce qui constitue une garantie effective du respect aux droits et aux libertés des individus. Étant donné que le sujet de la recherche dans lʹinspection est lʹatteinte aux secrets des personnes, alors le sujet serait soit la personne soit son domicile . Ou ses diverses correspondances vu qu’elle est considérée comme le récipient renfermant les confidentialités des individus, et ce qui résulte de la non- conformité aux disposition législative est lʼannulation de cette procédure par ailleurs lʼillégalité des preuves de celle-ci et leur non adoption

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مراقب التسيير في تقيين نظام المعلومات الإدارية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، حيث أن هذه الدراسة تعمل على البحث عن الأهمية التي يكتسيها مراقب التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية و كيفية انعكاسه على تقييم نظام معلوماتها الإداري و مردودية المؤسسة، وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على مؤسسة تصنيع الأنابيب الحلزونية ALPHA PIPE بغارداية كعينة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية بالجزائر، إذ تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، ثم تحليل النتائج باستعمال عدة أساليب وأدوات إحصائية، و هو ما سمح بالإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية من خلال التوصل إلى النتيجة التي تقول بأن مراقب التسيير يساهم في تقييم نظام المعلومات الإدارية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وقد تمثلت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة في أن المعلومات التي يقدمها مراقب التسيير تبرز في ضبط سير العمليات و كشف الانحرافات وأسبابها ثم تتم عملية المعالجة والتصحيح، حيث أن المؤسسة تسعى إلى زيادة حصتها السوقية وتنافسيتها وبالتالي تعظيم مردوديتها، ولتحقيق ذلك تستعين بالمعلومات التي يوفرها نظام المعلومات الإدارية من أجل تحسين كفاءة وفعالية أداء الأنشطة والعمليات. وقد تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات الرامية إلى تفعيل وظيفة مراقبة التسير بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات الحديثة للمهنةThis survery aimes to recognize the Monitor management role in improving the information system management, where this studying resorts to seek to the importance that the Management controlin the economical firm acquires it . and the ability of reflection to the rentability, this survery has been applied on manufacturing enterprise « SPIRAL PIPE »-ALPHA PIPE- in Ghardaia as an example of the economic institutions in Algeria, where the questionnaire take place as a mean of study, then analyzing the results by using several techniques and statistics tools. That what allow by answering the main problematic throughout the attainment to the result which emphasizes that the Management control contributes in improving the economical information system management, and The most important findings of the study showed that the information provided by the internal auditor Adjust the course of processes and detect deviations , defects, their causes. and contributing to the corrected. Where the company persues to increase its commercial center share and competitiveness and thus maximizing its rentability, and to achieving that the firm resorts to the informations which the Monitor management supplies it for improving qualification and effectiveness of the performance of the activities and processes. then it has been providing a range of recommendations aimed at activating the Monitor management function in accordance with the modern requirements of the profession.
دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تنمية رأس المال لبشري -دراسة ميدانية: شركة الاتصالات الجزائر غرداية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تنمية رأس المال البشري في شريكة الاتصالات غرداية،ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ومنهج دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي عن طريق استخدام تقنية البحث الكمي بواسطة أداة الاستبيان من خلال استقصاء عينة عشوائية قدرها (50) موظف من إجمالي تعداد المجتمع (80) موظف حيث تم استرجاع (30) استبانة صالحة للتحليل. وبناءا على مخرجات برنامجV29.SPSS،خلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمهاوجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي بأبعاده المختلفة و تنمية رأس المال البشري في الشركة قيد الدراسة. وفي الأخير توصي الدراسة إلى اهتمام قادة الشركة في تنيمة القدرات المورد البشري لتعزيز الذكاء الاستراتيجي كونهأحد مكونات صناعة القرار ويقود الى التميز من خلال توافر القدرة على وضع حلول للمشكلات العمل، والوصول على تحقيق الاهداف This studyaims to know the role of strategic intelligence in developinghuman capital in the communications Partner Ghardaïa. To achievethese goals, werelied on the descriptive approach in the théorétique aspect and the case studyapproach in the applied aspect by using quantitative researchtechnologyusing the questionnaire tool by surveying a randomsample of (50) employees out of the total population of (80) employees, where (30) valid questionnaires wereretrieved for analysis.Based on the outputs of the V29.SPSS program, the studyconcluded a number of results, the most important of whichis the presence of a statisticallysignificanteffectbetweenstrategic intelligence in itsvarious dimensions and human capital development in the companyunderstudy. Finally, the studyrecommendsthatcompany leaders pay attention to developing the capabilities of the humanresource to enhancestrategic intelligence, as itis one of the components of decision-making and leads to excellence through the availability of the ability to develop solutions to workproblems and achieve goals
