    تعالج هذه المداخلة كيفيية الانضباط الأخلاقي في مجال استخدام المحاسبة لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، كأداة جبارة أحدثت ثورة في حياة الناس و عالم الأعمال و انعكست على الممارسات و كذا التوجهات و الأفكار، و أصبحت تنافس القدرات البشرية في كل ما تقوم به. الأمر الذي أدى للتساؤل حولها بين كونها فرصة يجب اغتنامها أوتهديد تنبغي مواجهته. و تمت معالجة الموضوع بالتعرض لأخلاقيات المحاسبة و أخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. و مجالات الاستخدام و التطبيق و الأدوات و المحاذير في مجال ذلك. مع إبراز الاتجاهات المستقبلية في هذا الإطار.This paper explores how ethical discipline can be applied in the field of accounting when using artificial intelligence technologies. As a powerful tool, AI has triggered a revolution in people’s lives and the business world, reflecting on practices, directions, and ideas. It has led to a growing competition with human capabilities in all areas. This raises a critical issue: should AI be seen as an opportunity that must be seized or a threat that needs to be addressed? The discussion addresses this dilemma by examining the ethics of AI in accounting, its applications, tools, and challenges, while also highlighting potential future directions within this context.
