    تهدف الدراسة الى توضيح كيفية دراسة وتحليل عمليات منح القروض في بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية وكالة غرداية، يتم ذلك عن طريق دراسة مجموعة من العناصر للتمكن من اتخاذ القرار الصائب والصحيح ومن بين هذه العناصر دراسة ملف طالب القرض وتحليله والتأكد من كل الشروط والضمانات بالإضافة الى التأكد من الدراسة الاقتصادية والمالية وبعد هذه الدراسة يأتي اصدار القرار بمنح القرض و القبول أو الرفض وفي حال قبول المنح تبدأ اجراءات منح القرض وتوضيح طريقة استردادهThe study aims to demonstrate how loans are studied and analyzed at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development's Ghardaia Agency.
