    التخطيط اللغوي لدى المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية

    الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معالجة موضوع نحسبه بالغ الأهمية بناء على مجموعة واسعة من المعطيات حيث يتضمن المصطلح سمات التنفيذ يتعلق بوضع خطة وبرنامج يتضمن التشريع والتقنين على المستوى النظري لا التطبيقي كتنظيم عناصرها في إطار مؤسسات الدولة المؤهلة. على هذا نحاول في بحثنا أن نجيب عن الإشكالية الآتية: ما هو التخطيط اللغوي لدى مجلس الأعلى التخطيط اللغوي خدمة لتعليمية اللغة العربية في ظل التعدد اللغوي؟ وتبعنا المنهج الوصفي وكذا التحليلي لمعالجة المشكلة ولقد توصلنا الى نتائج اهمها: إنّ التخطيط اللغوي جزء لا يتجزأ من سياسة الدولة في حفظ مكانتها بين أمم العالم المعاصر الذي يتميز بصراعات اقتصادية وتجارية بل وحضارية، وانا المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية، ما زال يسعى، إلى خدمة الشأن اللغوي، من خلال المشاريع التي سطرها، وقد أنجز بعضها وما زال في طريق إنجاز بعضها الآخر. Summary is to address a topic that we consider extremely important based on a wide range of data, as the term includes features of implementation related to a situation and program that includes legislation and legalization on a theoretical level, not an application, such as organizing its elements within the framework of qualified state institutions. Based on this, we try in our research to answer the following problem: What is the linguistic planning of the Supreme Council of Language Planning as a service for teaching the Arabic language in light of multilingualism? We followed the descriptive as well as analytical approach to address the problem, and we reached the most important results: Linguistic planning is an integral part of the state's policy in preserving its position among the name of the contemporary world, which is characterized by economic, commercial and even civil conflicts, and I, the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language, is still striving to serve the issue. Linguist, through the projects he wrote, some of which have been completed and are still in the process of completing others.
