    ابغمد لله كالصلاة على أشرؼ خلق الله سيدنا رسوؿ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اما بعد: إف للعملة دكرا أساسيا في النظاـ في حياة الانساف كما بؽا دكر مهم في النظاـ الاقتصادم كاف من أكبر ابؼشاكل التي تواجو اقتصاد الدكؿ ىي مشكلة التضخم كتغتَ قيمة العملة كلقد تطرؽ الفقهاء القدامى بؼسالة تغتَ سعر العملة في كقتهم. الا انها في ذلك الوقت لم تكن تعد مشكلة كبتَة كلا تشكل خطرا على الاقتصاد فقد كانت اغلب تعاملاتهم بالذىب كالفضة كىذاف الأختَاف غالبا لا تتغتَ قيمتهما. اما في عصرنا ىذا فقد أصبحت مشكلة التضخم كتغتَ سعر العملة من أخطر ابؼشاكل التي تواجو اقتصاد أم دكلة لاف العملة ابغالية تتغتَ قيمتها كثتَا. The currency has a fundamental role in the system in human life as it has an important role in the economic system and that one of the biggest problems facing the economy of countries is the problem of inflation and the change in the value of the currency. The ancient jurists addressed the issue of changing the currency rate in their time. However, at that time, it was not considered a big problem and did not pose a threat to the economy. Most of their dealings were in gold and silver, and these two others often did not change their value. In our time, the problem of inflation and currency change has become one of the most serious problems facing the economy of any country because the current currency changes its value a lot.
