    The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the perception of Researchers Talent management and Enhancing Researchers’ Performance in The Renewable Energies Development Center -Ghardaia , it aims to emphasize the importance of Talent management dimensions to support the Researchers’ Performance, especially for the sample of the study. The study targeted all the Researchers of the Center in order to explore their opinions to test the validity of the hypotheses. The questionnaire, devised for the study, includes a set of paragraphs which contain the main themes, is distributed to a random sample. The researcher used 60 questionnaire copies. The statistical program SPSS is used to test the hypotheses using the following statistical methods: the mean, the standard deviation and coefficient of variation, correlation coefficients, One sample t test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-Test for independent samples. The most important findings of the study are as follows: - There are degree of attracting the talents, Talents development , performance management, talents maintenance at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) - there is a no significant degree of planning the talents at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) There is a significant impact between Talents development in the employees performance. there is a no significant effect between factors such as attracting the talents, planning , performance management, talents maintenance and employees performance - There are no statistical differences in the views of respondents towards performance of the study attributed to qualification., gender, age,.
