    هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى توافر متطلبات تقنيةsix sigm في المؤسسات الإقتصادية دراسة حالةالمؤسسة الجزائرية الصناعة الأنابيب ALFA PIPEبغرداية وذلك من خلال التعرف على مدى توافر المقومات البشرية و الإدارية والمالية والتقنية والتكنولوجية في المؤسسة،ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة ثم إستخدام عدة أساليب و أدوات حيث تم إستعمالالمنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ودراسة حالة لمؤسسة الجزائرية الصناعة الأنابيب ALFA PIPE في الجانب التطبيقيكما تم الإعتماد على آداة الإستبيان و المقابلة مع الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في جمع البيانات وتحليلها في برنامج spss. خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية : o تتوفر لدىمؤسسةالجزائريةلصناعةالأنابيبالحلزونيةALFA PIPEبغرداية المقوماتالبشريةوالإداريةوالماليةوالتقنيةوالتكنولوجية لتطبيق منهجيةSix Sigma. تتوفر لدى مؤسسة ألفا بيب أجهزة قياس تكنولوجية للكشف عن عيوب المنتوج. كما توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من المقترحات أهمها: نقترح أن تستعين إدارة مؤسسة الفا بيب باستشاريين خارجين لتنفيذ برامج التدريب على تقنيات الجودة المعاصرة أمثال منهجية ستة سيجما.؛ نقترح أن تقوم إدارة مؤسسةألفا بيبب تدريب العاملين على الأساليب الإحصائية التي تتطلبها منهجية ستة سيجما The current study aimed to identify the availability of six sigm technical requirements in economic institutions, a field study of the Algerian Pipe Industry Corporation ALFA PIPE, by identifying the availability of human, administrative, financial, technical and technological. components in the institution, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study and then using several methods and tools Where the descriptive approach was used in the theoretical aspect and a case study of ALFA PIPE in the practical aspect. as well as the questionnaire tool and the interview with the statistical methods represented in data collection and analysis in the spss program. This study concluded the following most important results: o The Algerian Foundation for the Manufacturing of Spiral Pipes ALFA PIPE Ghardaiahas the human, administrative, financial, technical and technological capabilities to apply the Six Sigma methodology. o Alpha Pep has technological measuring devices to detect product defects. The study also reached a number of proposals, the most important of which are: o We suggest that the management of Alpha Pep use external consultants to implement training programs on contemporary quality techniques such as Six Sigma methodology. o We suggest that the management of the Alpha Pep Foundation train employees in the statistical methods required by Six Sigma methodology
