    هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة كيف تؤثر السياسة الجبائية على نشاط المؤسسة الاقتصادية ولكي تكون نتائج دراستنا أقرب إلى الواقع اخترنا استجواب عدة مؤسسات اقتصادية من مختلف مناطق الوطن،فمن الشرق وقع اختيارنا على ولاية ورقلة وولاية تقرتومن الغرب على ولاية وهران ومن الشمال على الجزائر العاصمةومن الجنوب على ولاية اليزيمرورا بالوسط على ولاية غرداية ،حيث اخترنا مؤسسات مختلفة الحجم والقطاع والنشاط ،وقد اعتمدنا على اسلوب الاستبيان وهوأحسن اختيار نظرا لعدم تمكننا من اجراء والاعتماد على تقنية المقابلة بسبب جائحة كورونا، حيث توصلنا الى جملة من النتائج أهمهاأن المؤسسة تتأثر بالسياسة الجبائيةالمنتهجة من طرف الدولة،حيث كلما توفرت التخفيضات الجبائية قل العبء الجبائي وكلما ارتفعت ازداد العبء الجبائيThis study aimed to know how the tax policy affects the activity of the economic institution, and in order for the results of our study to be closer to reality, we chose to interrogate several economic institutions from different regions of the country. And from the south on the state of Illizi, passing through the center on the state of Ghardaia, where we chose institutions of different size, sector and activity, and we have relied on the questionnaire method, which is the best choice due to our inability to conduct and rely on the interview technique due to the Corona pandemic, where we reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the institution is affected by politics The taxation applied by the state, whereby the more tax reductions are available, the less the fiscal burden is, and the higher the fiscal burden is.
