    تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين تقييم الأداء المالي وخيارات الاستثمار، من خلال التركيز على كيفية تأثير كفاءة إدارة الموارد المالية على استقرار المؤسسة وتحقيق أهدافها الاقتصادية. وتمت هذه الدراسة في مؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب "ألفابايب" خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2021 إلى غاية 2023، اعتمادًا على دراسة تحليلية للقوائم المالية للمؤسسة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن المؤسسة عرفت تطورًا ماليًا متباينًا، مع تحسن في بعض مؤشرات الأداء وتراجع في أخرى، مما يستدعي تدخلات لتحسين التسيير المالي والاستثماري. كما تبيّن وجود علاقة مباشرة بين كفاءة إدارة رأس المال العامل وتحقيق التوازن المالي، إضافة إلى تأثير غياب رؤية استثمارية واضحة في بعض الفترات على مردودية المؤسسة. وتكمن أهمية هذا الموضوع في الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه القرارات المالية والاستثمارية في تعزيز الأداء العام للمؤسسات، خاصة في ظل بيئة اقتصادية متغيرة This memorandum aims to study the relationship between financial performance evaluation and investment choices, focusing on how the efficiency of financial resource management affects the stability of the company and the achievement of its economic objectives. This study was conducted at the Algerian pipe manufacturing company “Alfapipe” during the period from 2021 to 2023, based on an analytical review of the company’s financial statements. The results revealed that the company experienced uneven financial development, with improvements in certain performance indicators and declines in others, highlighting the need for corrective measures. A clear link was observed between the effectiveness of working capital management and financial stability, while the lack of a defined investment vision in some years negatively impacted profitability. The importance of this topic lies in the pivotal role that financial and investment decisions play in enhancing the overall performance of companies, especially in a constantly changing economic environment
