    بوادر الفشل الـمـالي في الـمؤسسة الإقتصادية وسبل معالجته "دراسة حالة لمؤسسة الأنابيب ALFAPIPE بغرداية"

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على بوادر الفشل المالي في المؤسسة الإقتصادية و سبل معالجته، و التعرف على التنبؤ باحتمالات الفشل المالي لمؤسسةالأنابيب غرداية في الوقت المبكر واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة قبل وقوع الإفلاس، وبإلاعتمادعلى القوائم المالية للمؤسسة (الميزانية، جدول حساب النتائج) و كذلك انطلاقا من المؤشرات المالية المتحصل عليها التي تسمح لنا بالحكم على الوضعية المالية للمؤسسةفاشلة كانت أم ناجحة. من خلال إستخدام نماذج التنبؤ بالفشل المالي و تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجزء النظري المتعلق بالموضوع الدراسة، كما سيتم الإعتماد على المنهج التحليلي في الجزء التطبيقي للدراسة فيما يخص تحليل وتفسير نتائج نماذج (ألتمان، كيدا، شيرود، بيفر) المطبقةعلى مؤسسةالأنابيبغرداية، تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها أن المؤسسة معرضة لخطر الإفلاس خلال سنوات الدراسة (2020-2022) كما بينت نتائج تحليل متغيرات المكونة لنماذجأن هناك ضعف في أدائها وذلك من خلال المؤشرات السلبية التي ظهرت خلال فترة الدراسة وهذا ما يؤكد فشلها أوإقترابإفلاسها. This study aims to identify early signs of financial failure in economic enterprises and methods for addressing them, as well as predicting the likelihood of financial failure in a pipeline company early on and taking appropriate measures before bankruptcy occurs. It relies on the financial statements of the company (balance sheet, income statement), as well as financial indicators that allow us to judge the financial condition of a failing or successful company. By using financial failure prediction models and achieving the study's objectives, a descriptive approach was adopted in the theoretical part of the study related to the subject. An analytical approach will be used in the applied part of the study regarding the analysis and interpretation of the results of models (Altman, Keida, Sherrod, Beaver) applied to the pipeline company. Several results were obtained, the most notable of which is that the company is at risk of bankruptcy during the study years (2020-2022). The results also indicate a weakness in the performance of the constituent variables of the models, as evidenced by the negative indicators that emerged during the study period, confirming its failure or imminent bankruptcy.
