    ﯾﻬدف ﻫذا اﻟﺑﺣث إﻟﻰ اﻟﺗﻧﻘﯾب ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣدى اﻟﺗﻼﻗﺢ اﻟﻔﻛري واﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﻲ اﻟذي ﻛﺎن ﺑﯾن ﻋﻠﻣﺎء ﻣﻧطﻘﺔ اب ﻣﯾز وﻣﻧطﻘﺔ وارﺟﻼن ﺧﻼل اﻟﻌﻬد اﻟﻌﺛﻣﺎﻧﻲ، وﻛذا اﺳﻬﺎﻣﺎت ﻫؤﻻء اﻟﻌﻠﻣﺎء ﻓﻲ ﺟﻌل ﻫﺎﺗﻪ اﻟﻣﻧﺎطق اﻛز ﻛﻣر إﺷﻌﺎع ﺛﻘﺎﻓﻲ ﻣﺳﺗﻘطﺑﺔ ﻟطﻼب اﻟﻌﻠم وﻟﻠﻌﻠﻣﺎء. ﻧﺳﺗﻧﺗﺞ ﻣن ﺧﻼل ﻫذﻩ اﺳﺔ، اﻟدر ﱠ أن اﻟرواﺑط اﻟﻔﻛرﯾﺔ واﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﯾﺔ ﺑﯾن ﻣﻧطﻘﺗﻲ اب ﻣﯾز ووارﺟﻼن ﺧﻼل اﻟﻔﺗرة ﻣﺣل اﺳﺔ اﻟدر ﻛﺎﻧت ﺟﱡد ﻗوﯾّﺔ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺟﺎل اﻟﺗرﺑﯾﺔ واﻟﺗﻌﻠﯾم، وﻣﺎ ازد ﻫذا اﺑط اﻟﺗر ﻣﺗﺎﻧﺔً ﻫو ُﺳﻬوﻟﺔ اﻟﺗواﺻل اﻟﻠَُﻐوي اﻟﻣﺗﻘﺎرب ﺑﺎﻟﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﻟﻠﻐﺔ اﻷﻣﺎزﯾﻐﯾﺔ ﻣن اﻟﺟﻬﺗﯾن، وﻛذا اﻟزﯾﺎارت اﻟﻣﺗﺑﺎدﻟﺔ ﺑﯾن ﻋﻠﻣﺎء اﻟﻣﻧطﻘﺗﯾن. This research aims to explore the extent of intellectual and cultural cross-pollination that was between the scholars of the M'zab region and the Wargelan region during the Ottoman era, as well as the contributions of these scholars in making these regions centers of cultural radiation that polarized students of science and scholars. We conclude, through this study, that the intellectual and cultural ties between the regions of M'zab and Wargelan during the period under study were very strong, especially in the field of education

    مراكز الإشعاع الثقافي في الجنوب الجزائري خلال العهد العثماني

    تتمحـــور هـــذه الدراســـة حـــول إلقـــاء الضـــوء علـــى الحواضـــر الرئيســـية الـــتي شـــهدت نشـــاطًا ثقافيًـــا وعلميًـــا ملفتًـــا في الجنـــوب الجزائـــري، وذلـــك مـــن خـــلال اســـتعراض جهـــود العلمـــاء في هـــذه المنـــاطق ومساهماتهم في تنمية المنطقة على الرغم من التحديات الجغرافية الصعبة. كمـا تسـلط الدراسـة الضـوء علـى الأثـر الحضـاري لهـذه الجهـود علـى المجتمـع وفعالياتـه، وتأثيراتهــا علـــى البيئـــة الثقافيـــة والعلميـــة. وتركـــز الدراســـة علـــى مراكـــز الإشـــعاع الثقـــافي في منـــاطق مثـــل وادي ميــزاب، تــوات، وارجــلان، ووادي ريــغ، حيــث أصــبحت هــذه المنــاطق محطــة للبــاحثين وطلبــة العلــم بفضل الإنتاج الفكري والعلمي الذي تقدمه. This study focuses on highlighting the main cities that have witnessed significant cultural and scientific activity in southern Algeria. This is done by reviewing the efforts of scholars in these areas and their contributions to the development of the region despite the challenging geographical conditions. The study also examines the cultural impact of these efforts on society and its events, as well as their effects on the cultural and scientific environment. It specifically concentrates on cultural hubs in areas such as the M'zab Valley, Tuat, Ouargla, and the Reg Valley, where these regions have become centers for researchers and students of science due to the intellectual and scientific output they provide.
