    تطبيقات المسؤولية الإجتماعية للمؤسسات الإقتصادية في أزمة كوفيد 19 - دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة نفطال

    ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية ممثلة بمؤسسة نفطال لمعرفة تطبيقات المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية في ظل أزمة كوفيد 19 وقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وتم توزيع 65 استبانة على عينة من اطارات مؤسسة نفطال-وحدة غرداية- كما استخدمنا في معالجة وتحليل بيانات الاستبيان برنامج spss وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: • يوجدمستوىمرتفعللبعدالاجتماعيوالاقتصاديوالقانونيوالبيئيعلىالتواليوهذايشيرالىانهيوجدالتزاملمؤسسةنفطالبالمسؤوليةالاجتماعيةفيظلازمةكوفيد 19بشكلمرتفع. • يوجدمستوىمتوسطللبعدالاخلاقيوهذايشيرالىانهيوجدالتزاملمؤسسةنفطالبالمسؤوليةالاخلاقيةفيظلازمةكوفيد 19 بشكلمتوسط. . Abstract : This studyaims to analyse the reality of the social responsibility of the economic institution represented by the NAFTAL Corporation, to know the applications of social responsibility of economic institutions in light of the Covid 19 crisis, and the descriptive analyticalapproach has been followed . Where the questionnaire wasused as a tool for data collection and 65 questionnaires weredistributed to asample of the tires of the NAFTAL corporation – Ghardaia Unit- and wealsoused the spss program to process and analyse the questionnaire data , and a set of resultswerereached, the most important of which are: • There is a highlevel of the social, economic, legal and environmentaldimension, respectively, and thisindicates In Covid-19 crisisperiodthereis a commitment by the Naftal corporation to social responsibilityhigh . • There isaveragelevel of the ethical dimension, and thisindicatesthatthereiscommitment to the NAFTAL corporation moral responsibility in the Covid-19 crisis in average.
