    يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر التحول الرقمي على تحقيق التميز داخل المؤسسات، من خلال تحليل مدى مساهمة الأدوات والتقنيات الرقمية في تحسين جودة الخدمات، رفع كفاءة الأداء، وزيادة رضا المستفيدين. كما يناقش البحث العوامل التنظيمية والتقنية والبشرية التي تعزز أو تعيق نجاح التحول الرقمي. اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي مدعومًا بدراسة حالة لمؤسسةاتصالات الجزائر بولاية المنيعة ، بهدف رصد العلاقة بين التحول الرقمي والتميز، وتقديم مقترحات عملية لتعزيز التحول الرقمي الفعّال حيث كانت عينة الدراسة تتكون من 40 موظف من مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمنيعة حيث اعتمدنا على أداة الاستبيان في جمع المعلومات كما كان بعد التقنيات الحديثة والهيكل التنظيمي أكثر ابعاد إيجابية في تحقيق التميز وخلصت نتائج الدراسة الى ان ابعاد التحول الرقمي تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على التميز المؤسسيThis researchaims to study the impact of digital transformation on excellence within institutions, by analyzing the extent to which digital tools and technologies contribute to improving service quality, performance efficiency, and user satisfaction. The studyalsoaddresses the organizational, technical, and humanfactorsinfluencing the success of this transformation. A descriptive and analyticalapproachwasadopted, supported by a case study of an Algerian public institution to identify the links betweendigitalization and excellence, whileproposingconcreterecommendations. The studysampleconsisted of 40 employeesfromAlgeria Telecom in El Menia. Werelied on a questionnaire to collect information. Modern technologies and organizational structure were the most positive dimensions in achieving excellence. The studyresultsconcludedthat the dimensions of digital transformation have a positive impact on institutional excellence..
