    تهدف ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻮﺭﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺜﻴﺔ ﺇلى ﺗﺴﻠﻴﻂ ﺍﻟﻀﻮﺀ ﻋﻠﻰﺍلمﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ ﻭﺃهمﻴﺘﻪ، ﻭمخﺘﻠﻒ مجﺎﻻﺕ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻘﻪ. ﻛﻤﺎ تهدف ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻄﺮﻕ ﺇلى ﺃﺣﺪ ﺃﻫﻢ ﻭﻇﺎﺋﻒ ﺍلمﻨﻈﻤﺔ ﺍﻟتي ﻣﺴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ ﻭﺍلمﺘﻤﺜﻠﺔ فيﻭﻇﻴﻔﺔﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍلمﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﻭﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ في ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﻭﻛﺬﺍ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺎ. ﻭﻟﻘﺪ ﺗﻮﺻﻠﺖ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺇلى مجﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺃهمﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲلم ﻳﻌﺪ ﺧﻴﺎﺭﺍ ﺑﻞ ﺃﺻﺒﺢ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﺓ ﻗﺼﻮﻯ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﻈﻤﺎﺕ في مخﺘﻠﻒ ﺍﻟﻘﻄﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﻟﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﺍﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭﻳﺘﻬﺎ في ﺩﺍﺋﺮﺓ ﺍلمﻨﺎﻓﺴﺔ،ﻛﻤﺎ ﺗﻮﺻﻠﺖ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺇلى ﺃﻥ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍلمﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺪﻳﺔ تجﺎﻭﺯﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﺰﻣﻦ ﻭﻫﻲ ﺗﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺗﺪﺭيجﻴﺎ ﺍلى ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﺮﻑ ﺑﺈﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍلمﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ في ﻇﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲThis research paper aims to shed light on the basic concepts of digital transformation, its importance, and its various fields of application. This study also aims to address one of the most important functions of the organization that has been affected by the digital transformation, represented in the management of human resources, and to know the uses of digital transformation in this department, as well as its requirements. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which was that digital transformation is no longer an option, but has become an absolute necessity for organizations in various sectors to ensure their continuity in the circle of competition. The study also concluded that traditional human resource management is outdated and is gradually shifting to electronic human resource management in light of the digital transformation
