    Through this study, we defined the biological and biochemical profile of patients with COVID-19 hospitalized in the Metlili region (Ghardaïa). For this, a survey based on the shuttle sheet of hospitalized patients in this region was made and analyzed and synthesized. 168 sheet swere exploited and synthesized and which concerned patients hospitalized at Metlili hospital confirmed COVID-19 by the PCR test and.Sars-CoV-2 can affect all ages. The risk of hospitalization is higher in the elderly and those living witch chronic disease. All in this study are affected, namely mean Aspartate Aminotransferase (ASAT), mean Alanine Aminotransferase (ALAT) in the blood; The average ALAT values and the average level of reactive C-protein (CRP) in the blood, the distribution of CRP levels, as well as the biological balance (hyper leukocytosis, urea, creatinine ...).
