    L’activité antibactérienne et antifongique de l’extrait aqueux de Cleome arabica L. (Ghardaïa cas de Oued Metlili)

    This work focuses on the study of aqueous leaf extract of Cleome arabica L. (Capparaceae) harvested in Oued Metlili, the plant was extracted by reflux. According to the technique the extraction yield is 0.086%. Antimicrobial activity was evaluated on six pathogenic: (Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus mycoïde, Micrococcus leutus the fungus Aspergillus Niger and yeast Candida albicans). The pathogens studied showed no sensitivity to the plant extract, while no effect is reported.
