    Extraction des principes actifs des grains de Ridolfia segetum avec d’évaluation de l’activité antioxydant

    Ridolfia segetum, est une plante aromatique, médicinale, appartenant à la famille des apiacées, appelée communément (Karwiya el amya). Elle est spontanée, qui pousse en région méditerranéenne largement répandue en Afrique du nord, particulièrement en sud Algérie trouve dans la région d'Boukais wilaya de Bechar. Notre travail porte sur l'extraction des principes actifs des grains de plante Ridolfia segetum ; où Les principes actifs ont une source inépuisable de molécules dotées de propriétés médicamenteuses très recherchées dans le domaine pharmaceutique. Le screening chimique a mis en évidence la présence de tanins, flavonoïdes, coumarines, stéroïdes, saponines et d'alcaloïdes, dans la plante étudié. les principes actifs contenus dans les graines de Ridolfia Segetum , ont été extraits par méthode de macération et séparés en fonction de différents solvants de polarité croissante .Les méthodes chromatographique disponibles que nous avons utilisées nous ont permis de caractériser les différents principes actifs isolés. L’analyse chromatographique par CG/MS indique que les principes actifs consistent en 47 composés identifiés. Aussi bien l’activité antioxydante, montrent que nos extraits ont une faible activité antioxydante en comparaison avec celle de l'acide ascorbique qui est un antioxydant puissant. ...Ridolfia segetum, is an aromatic plant, medicinal, belonging to the family apiaceae, commonly called (Karwiya el amya). It is spontaneous, which grows in the Mediterranean region widely spread in North Africa, particularly in southern Algeria found in the region of Boukais wilaya of Bechar. Our work focuses on the extraction of the active ingredients of the plant seeds Ridolfia segetum; where Active ingredients have an inexhaustible source of molecules with highly sought-after drug properties in the pharmaceutical field. The chemical screening showed the presence of tannins, flavonoids, coumarins, steroids, saponins and alkaloids, in the plant studied. The active ingredients contained in the seeds of Ridolfia Segetum, were extracted by maceration method and separated according to different solvents of increasing polarity. The available chromatographic methods that we used allowed us to characterize the various isolated active ingredients. Chromatographic analysis by GC / MS indicates that the active ingredients consist of 47 identified compounds. As well as the antioxidant activity, show that our extracts have a low antioxidant activity in comparison with that of ascorbic acid which is a powerful antioxidant.
