    Résumé Dans notre travail ; nous allons faire une étude pour optimiser la fiabilité, maintenabilité et la disponibilité d’une machine de fabrication des tubes PE dans l’entreprise Sarl Plast Afrique, une étude statistique approfondie des défauts de ce système (historique de pannes) et la préconisation des solutions efficaces concernant la maintenance préventive systématique pour minimiser le temps d’arrêt et agrandir le temps de bon fonctionnement Abstract In our work; we are going to carry out a study to optimize the reliability, maintainability and availability of a machine for manufacturing PE tubes in the company Sarl Plast Afrique, an in-depth statistical study of the faults of this system (failure history) and the recommendation of solutions effective in routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and increase uptime.
