    Efficacité allélopathique des extraits aqueux de Pergularia tomentosa L. (Asclépiadaceae) récoltée au Sahara septentrional

    La présente étude porte sur l’étude du pouvoir inhibiteur de la germination des extraits foliaires aqueux de Pergularia tomentosa L. (Asclepiadaceae) récoltée dans la région d’El Meniaa sur la germination des graines de Dactelectylone aegyotiacum L. (Poaceae). Il est constaté que cet extrait végétal présente un pouvoir inhibiteur de germination exceptionnel ; un taux d’inhibition de 93,33% est atteint chez les graines de Dactelectylone aegyotiacum traitées par l’extrait pur, alors qu’il est de 90%, 78,5%, 80,5%, 65,67% chez les graines de Dactelectylone aegyotiacum traitées par l’extrait aqueux dilué à 50%, 25%, 10 et 5%. Il est rapporté également des retards dans la croissance des graines des lots traitées par rapport aux graines du lot témoin.

    Evaluation du pouvoir allélopathique des extraits aqueux de Pergularia tomentosa L. (Asclepiadaceae) récoltée au Sahara septentrional Algérien

    The present survey searches for the inhibitory power of germination and the growth of the seeds of the barley (Hordeum vulgare); the effect antimicrobial of the excerpt aqueous foliaire and of seed of Pergularia tomentosa L. (Asclepiadaceae) harvested in the region of El Meniaa (northern Sahara is Algerian). He is noted that the tested excerpts foliaires presents an inhibitory power of the exceptional germination; a rate of inhibition of 100% is recorded for the shares treated by the concentrated excerpt. In the same way, he/it noted that these preparations present a strong power antimicrobial, of zones them of inhibition of 10,0 mm on the mushroom Candida albicans; of 12,0 mm on Penicillium spp of the excerpt foliaire; for the excerpt of seed the zones of inhibition of 11,0 mm are observed on the Candida albicans mushroom; and of the zones of inhibition of 11, 33mm,; on Penicillium Sp. For the bacterium extracted aqueous foliaire of the zones of inhibition of 11,00 mm on Escherichia coli and 11,00 mm on Staphylococcus Sp. ; For the excerpt of seed the zones of inhibition observe 10,67 mm bacterium Escherichia coli ; and of 10 mm on Staphylococcus sp. The excerpt foliaire of Pergularia tomentosa possesses the properties phytotoxiques and exceptional antimicrobial.
