The objective of this work is to determine the content of Timjohrte date seeds in phenolic compounds (total polyphenols, total flavonoids,) and to evaluate the antioxidant activity by different methods and to evaluate anti-inflammatory activity in vitro. The extracts of the seeds powder are prepared by the maceration method. The polyphenols content is determined by the Folin-Ciocalteu method, flavonoids by the aluminum trichloride method and antioxidant activity is evaluated by DPPH and ABTS and anti-inflammatory activity is determined by BSA. Total polyphenols and flavonoid for aqueous and ethanolic extract are a high quantity 4.17 0.021 mg EAG/ml ES; 2.558 mg EQ/ml ES; 0.682 0.003 mg EAG/ml ES; 0.064 0.02 mg EQ/ml ES; 0.053 0.004 mg EQ/ml ES respectively. The antioxidant activity obtained is evaluated by the DPPH test represent the most important activity of the aqueous extract 38.04±14.20 μg/ml, the trapping of the radical ABTS 12.01±10.11 μg/ml. End for the anti- inflammatory activity of the aqueous extract is equal to 53.75±13.49 µg/ml. In conclusion the date seeds have a good antioxydante and anti-inflammatory activity,
