    ETUDE DE LA RETENUE COLLINAIRE DE TENIRA (WILAYA DE SIDI BELABBES)

    ملخص تعتبر السدود من منشآت الري المنجزة كحواجز عبر الأودية لتخزين المياه الجارية، من أجل استغلالها في ميادين جمة، كالتزويد بالمياه الصالحة للشرب، سواءا للسكنات أو المصانع، أو للسقي الفلاحي، أو لملئ المياه الجوفية، للترفيه و النزهة، ... إلى غير ذلك من الأمور المهمة ذات الطابع الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي.نظرا لأهمية السدود، كانت رغبتنا بالقيام بدراسة تقنية و اقتصادية من اجل إنجاز سد تنيرة جنوب ولاية سيدي بلعباس، الموجه للسقي الفلاحي. حيث ترتكز هذه الدراسة على عدة معطيات و تحاليل جوية، جيولوجية، هيدرولوجية، هيدروجيولوجية، طبوغرافية، أساسية لتحديد أبعاد السد و تجهيزاته الملحقة (مفرغ الفيضانات, مأخذ المياه و مفرغ القاع) إلى جانب تصميم السد، قمنا بدراسة اقتصادية للتقويم المادي لهذه المنشأة الاقتصادية، كما قمنا بتصميم من أجل تنظيم الورشة يسمح بالسير الحسن للأشغال. Résumé Les retenues collinaires sont des ouvrages qui permettent le captage des eaux à travers les cours d’eau, afin d’alimenter les populations et l’industrie en eau potable, l’irrigation, le remplissage superficiel des aquifères, ou encore, les loisirs, et tout autre but de caractère économique et social. Pour cette raison, nous avons choisi d’étudier techniquement et économiquement la retenue collinaire de Ténira, située au Sud de la Wilaya de Sidi Belabbès. Notre étude s’articule sur les données et les analyses climatologiques, hydrologique, géologique, hydrogéologiques et topographiques, nécessaire pour le dimensionnement de la digue et ses ouvrages annexes (évacuateur de crue, prise d’eau et vidange de fond). En plus, nous avons consacré une partie de ce mémoire à l’étude économique et à l’organisation du chantier, pour la réalisation de la retenue collinaire dans les normes de l’art. Abstract The small dams are structures that allow the catchment of water through the rivers, in order to feed the population and industry of drinking water, irrigation, filling of underground aquifers, or, recreation, and other purposes of economic and social nature. For this reason, we chose to study technically and economically small dams of Ténira, located south of the Wilaya of Sidi Belabbès. Our study is articuled on the data and analysis, of the climate, hydrological, geological, hydrogeological and topographical necessary for the design of the small dam and its appurtenant structures (spillway, water intake and bottom outlet). In more, we have dedicated a part of this memory to the economic study and organization of the worksite, for the realization of the hill reservoir in conformity with art.
