    لا أحد من الدارسين يجهل مكانة الأدب الشعبي في بناء الشخصية الوطنية، وأبعادها القومية، ومساهمته في رسم ملاحمها وتحديد انتماءاتها، هذا الأدب المنطلق من فكر الأمة وقناعتها، المولود في رحم تجاربها وخبراتها يتشكل في لوحات فسيفسائية راقصة، تتمازج فيها الألوان والأطياف كتمازج أشعة الشمس مع حب الغمام فتعدد الأشكال التعبيرية المختلفق من حكي وشعر وموسيقى ورقص وغناء وتشكيل وتحت ........... ويعد الشعر أحد أبرز هذه ا لأشكال التعبيرية التي استطاعت أن تنقل جانبا من جوانب التجربة الشعبية وتصورها في صورة من أصدق صورها.
