    الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي في مجال التعامل مع التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم كمنبئ للتوافق المهني لديهم دراسة ميدانية ببعض مقاطعات ولاية غرداية

    In this study we want to identify the degree of training needs for primary school teachers in the field of dealing with students with learning difficulties, and their level of professional compatibility, as well as knowing the relationship nature and the differences between them according to the age variable and seniority. The study sample consisted of (196) professors in some divisions of Ghardaia, they were selected in a simple random way, based on two questionnaires, the first is the training needs questionnaire prepared by the student, and the second is the professional compatibility questionnaire by researcher Shamuri Kamelia. we used descriptive correlative method. We analyzed the data statistically with spss v.23 The results showed: Primary education teachers have training needs in dealing with pupils with learning difficulties at a moderate level, the level of professional compatibility of primary education teachers is moderate, there is a positive correlation between the training needs of primary education teachers in dealing with pupils with learning difficulties and their professional compatibility. The variance of the training needs of primary education teachers in dealing with pupils with learning difficulties is predicted at 17% statistical function of their professional compatibility, and there are no statistically significant differences between primary education teachers in the State of Ghardaia in the degree of their training needs according to their seniority and age variables. There are no statistically significant differences among primary education teachers in Ghardaia in the level of professional compatibility according to age and age variables.

    الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في مجال التعامل مع التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم كمنبئ للتوافق المهني لديهم دراسة ميدانية ببعض مقاطعات ولاية غرداية

    هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في مجال التعامل مع التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات العلم، ومستوى التوافق المهني لديهم، وكذا معرفة طبيعة العلاقة والفروق بينهم في ضوء متغيري السن والاقدمية. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (196) أستاذا ببعض مقاطعات ولايات غرداية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، اعتمدا على استبيانين الاول استبيان الاحتياجات التدريبية من اعداد الباحثة ، والثاني استبيان التوافق المهني للباحثة شموري كميليا ، حيث اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب الارتباطي، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا ببرنامج spss الاصدار 26 أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن ما يلي: تتوافر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي احتياجات تدريبية في مجال التعامل مع التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم بدرجة متوسطة، مستوى التوافق المهني لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي متوسط، توجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة بين الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في مجال التعامل مع التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم و التوافق المهني لديهم، يتنبأ متغير الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في مجال التعامل مع التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم بنسبة 17% دالة إحصائيا بالتوافق المهني لديهم، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية غرداية في درجة احتياجاتهم التدريبية حسب متغيري الاقدمية والسن، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية غرداية في مستوى التوافق المهني حسب متغيري الاقدمية والسن.
