Item إدارة المعرفة وأثرها على إدارة الأزمات دراسة حالة المديرية العملياتية لاتصالات الجزائر–المنيعة(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025-06-12) رشيدة, عمارتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة وإدارة الأزمات في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمنيعةبحيث تم الإعتمادعلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة ، كما استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات ،ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع موظفي اتصالات الجزائر بالمنيعة ،حيث تم التوزيع بطريقة عشوائية على عينة شملت (40) مبحوثا من مجتمع الدراسة ،استرد منها (34) إستبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي ،ومن خلال معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية والتحليل باستخدام عدة أساليب إحصائية SPSS وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها : وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين المتغيرين، بالاضافة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى المعنوية (0,05α) Cette étude vise à explorer la relation entre la gestion des connaissances et la gestion de crise au sein de la Société algérienne des télécommunications à El Menia - à travers une étude théorique et appliquée. Elle vise à déterminer l’ampleur de l’impact des processus de gestion des connaissances (diagnostic et stockage, génération et acquisition, développement et diffusion des connaissances) sur la gestion de crise, ainsi que son impact sur les caractéristiques personnelles des individus tant sur la gestion des connaissances que sur la gestion de crise. L’approche analytique descriptive a été utilisée dans l’étude. L'étude a utilisé le questionnaire comme principal outil de collecte de données. La population de l'étude comprenait tous les employés d'Algérie Télécom à El M'nia. Un échantillon de 40 répondants a été sélectionné au hasard parmi cette population, et 34 questionnaires valides ont été récupérés pour l'analyse statistique. Les données ont été traitées à l'aide du logiciel SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) et analysées à l'aide de plusieurs méthodes statistiques.L'étude a abouti à plusieurs résultats importants, dont le principal est l'existence d'une relation positive directe entre les deux variables, ainsi qu'un impact statistiquement significatif au niveau de signification (α≤0,05) de la gestion des connaissances sur la gestion des crises au sein de l'entreprise Algérie Télécom El M'niaإدارة المعرفة على إدارة الأزمات مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر المنيعةItem تقييم إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسات دراسة حالة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير جـــــامعة غردايـــــة(جامعة غرداية, 2023) فطيمة, راشديوللوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، أما الجانب التطبيقي اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي، وثم جمع الاحصائيات باستخدام أداة الاستبيان في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة غرداية، كما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي spss. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مجموعة موظفين في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة غرداية، تم اختيار 30 وزع عليهم الاستبيان المعتمد في هذه الدراسة، أي 30% كلها صالحة للدراسة وتحقيق. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود لتقييم إدارة المعرفة بشكل إيجابي في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية كما تم التوصل إلى وجود تطبيق لعمليات إدارة المعرفة خاصة ( إنشاء المعرفة و توزيع المعرفة في تقييم أداء المؤسسات بالكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية، بجامعة غرداية. view of a sample of employees of the Faculty of economics, business and management sciences at the University of gardenia. To reach the objectives of the study, we relied on the descriptive method on the theoretical side, and the Applied side we relied on the analytical method, and then collected statistics using the questionnaire tool at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Ghardaia, and the statistical analysis program spss was also used. The study community may be from a group of employees at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Ghardaia, 30 of whom were selected and distributed the questionnaire approved in this study, that is, all 30% are valid for study and investigation. The study concluded that there is a positive assessment of Knowledge Management in the Faculty of Economics and management sciences at the University of Ghardaia, and it was also found that there is an application of knowledge management processes, especially ( knowledge creation and knowledge distribution in evaluating the performance of institutions at the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences, University of GhardaiaItem إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية ودورها في تنمية رأس المال الهيكلي – مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز وسط – غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2023) أميرة, بريهمات; إيمان, أمينتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية في تنمية رأس المال الهيكلي في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز وسط _غرداية ، وقد كان المنهج المتبع في الدراسة هو المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لعرض الخلفية النظرية للموضوع من خلال توزيع استبيان على80 موظف إداري بمختلف مستوياتهم وقد تم الاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS نسخة 22 .حيث بلغ معامل ثباث (0.954 (وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إرتباط إحصائية بين المتغيرين حيث بلغ معامل الإرتباط (ٍ0.768) أي أن نسبة الارتباط والعلاقة بينهما هي (76.8%) وبالتالي يمكن القول أن هناك علاقة طردية بين متغيري دراسة أي أن ممارسة أبعاد إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية يؤثر بشكل ايجابي على رأس المال الهيكلي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة . Le but principal de cette étude est de savoir à quel point la connaissance de gestion organisationelle peut contribuer au développement du capital structural au nivea de la société du Sonelgaz à Ghardaïa. Et pour bien étudier le sujet on a recours à l'approche descriptive et analytique pour présenter le contexte théorique de l'étude en distribuant un questionnaire à 80 employés au niveau de la société de tous niveaux، et on a utilisé le SPSS version 22.On a conclu que le coefficient de fiabilité est à (0،954)، les résultats ont montré qu'il y a une corrélation statistique entre les deux variables، où le coefficient de corrélation est à (0،768)، c'est à dire que la corrélation entre eux est à 76،8%.Par conséquent، on peut conclure qu'il existe une corrélation directe entre les deux variables étudiés، c'est-à-dire que l'utilisation et la pratique des dimensions organisationnelles de gestion des connaissances a des résultats positifs sur le développement du capital structurel au niveau de la sociétéItem أثر إدارة معرفة الزبون في تطوير جودة الخدمات المصرفية دراسة حالة عينة من البنوك بولاية غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2023) فريدة, رسيوي; عثمان, صيتيتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأثر القائم بين إدارة معرفة الزبون وتطوير جودة الخدمات المصرفية في عينة من بنوك ولاية غرداية، وقد اعت مدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتصميم استبيانين واحدة موجهة لموظفي البنوك والخاصة بإدارة مع رفة الزبون والثانية موجهة للزبائن خاصة بتطوير جودة الخدمات المصرفية، وقد خلصت ال دراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج توصي باهتمام البنوك بالقيام بدورات تدريبية للموظفين تمكنهم من زيادة كفاءته م، وك ذا العمل على تحسين جودة الخدمات والمنتجات المقدمة. كما أوصت الدراسة على العمل على الجانب النفسي السلوكي للزبون وتحسيسه بالقيمة لدى البنك والعمل دائما على إرضاءه وتلبية رغباته The study aims to identify the impact between managing customer knowledge and developing the quality of banking services in a sample of banks in the state of Ghardaia. Banking, and the study concluded with a set of results recommending the interest of banks in conducting training courses for employees that enable them to increase their efficiency, and also work to improve the quality of services and products provided. The study also recommended working on the psychological and behavioral side of the customer, making him feel the value of the bank, and always working to satisfy him and fulfill his desires.Item إدارة المعرفة و دورها في تعز يز الإبداع التنظيمي د راسة حالة الصندوق الوطني للعمال الغير أجراء لولاية غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2023) خضرة, علوي; حفصة, بحيصةتهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي. تبين الدراسة أن إدارة المعرفة تلعب دورًا حاسمًا في تحقيق الإبداع داخل المؤسسات. كما تعزز إدارة المعرفة التواصل والتبادل الفعال للمعرفة بين أفراد المؤسسة. ومن خلال توفير بيئة تشجع على التعاون والتفكير المشترك، يمكن تعزيز الإبداع وتوليد أفكار جديدة. و يساهم إدارة المعرفة في توفير المعرفة والخبرات القيمة للمؤسسة. وعن طريق توفير هذه المعرفة للأفراد، يتم تعزيز عملية التعلم وتطوير المهارات والقدرات التي تساهم في الإبداع التنظيمي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة المستهدف من عمالالصندوق الوطني للعمال الغير أجراء لولاية غرداية و استخدمت العينة العشوائية و التي بلغ حجمها43 عامل حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة عليهم و قد استخدم المنهج التحليلي الوصفي للوصول للنتائج. طرحت الإشكالية على النحو التالي: ما مدى مساهمة إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية؟ و توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج أهمها: أن المعرفة تساعد في تحقيق أهداف المديرية، تولي المديرية اهتمامًا كافيًا للعمال ومتابعة انشغالاتهم وتقديم الدعم لهم من خلال نظام الحوافز، تعتمد المديرية على الافكار الجديدة و المبدعة بعيدا عن الروتين The study aims to shed light on the role of knowledge management in enhancing organizational creativity. The study reveals that knowledge management plays a crucial role in achieving innovation within organizations. It also enhances communication and effective knowledge exchange among individuals in the organization. By providing an environment that encourages collaboration and collective thinking, creativity can be enhanced, and new ideas can be generated. Furthermore, knowledge management contributes to providing valuable knowledge and expertise to the organization. By providing this knowledge to individuals, the learning process is enhanced, and skills and capabilities that contribute to organizational creativity are developed. V The study targeted the community of workers at the National Workers' Fund for Unpaid Workers in Ghardaia state. A random sample of 43 workers was used, and questionnaires were distributed to them. The descriptive analytical method was used to reach the results. The research problem was formulated as follows: To what extent does knowledge management contribute to enhancing organizational creativity within the economic institution? The study arrived at several results, including: Knowledge helps in achieving the goals of the directorate. The directorate pays sufficient attention to the workers and addresses their concerns, providing support to them through the incentive system. The directorate relies on new and creative ideas, away from routine.Item دراسة تحليلية لأثر توليد المعرفة على تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية - دراسة حالة مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب وحدة غرداية - ALFAPIPE(جامعة غرداية, 2023) عبد الوهاب, سوطة; الخير, براهيميتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى التكامل الموجود بين توليد المعرفة والإبداع التنظيمي، وما يمكن أن يحدثه تبني مؤسسة صناعة الانابيب وحدة غرداية ALFAPIPE لعملية توليد المعرفة على تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي، ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الهداف تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظرية، ومنهج دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي من خلال استبيان موجه إلى العمال الإداريين بالمؤسسة تم تحليله باستخدام برنامج SPSS v27 باستعمال عينة عشوائية مكونة من 42 عامل وعاملة. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج اهمها أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 6.65 لتوليد المعرفة على تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 6.65 لجميع أبعاد توليد المعرفة على أبعاد الإبداع التنظيمي This study aims to identify the extent of integration between knowledge generation and organizational creativity, and what the adoption by the pipe industry establishment of the ALFAPIPE Ghardaia unit of the knowledge generation process can do to enhance organizational creativity. In order to achieve these goals, a descriptive approach was used in the theoretical aspect, and a case study approach in the applied aspect through a questionnaire addressed to the administrative workers of the institution was analyzed using the SPSS v27 program using a random sample of 42 workers. This study concluded several results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of 0.05 of knowledge generation on enhancing organizational creativity in the institution under study, and there is a statistically significant effect at the level of 0.05 of all dimensions of knowledge generation on the dimensions of organizational creativityItem واقع ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة ودورها في رفع كفاءة المؤسسة دراسة حالة مؤسسة تاونزة العلمية–غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2023) حياة, بن يوسفتهدف الدراسة الى معرفة واقع ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة ودورها في رفع كفاءة المؤسسة وتمت الدراسة على مستوى مؤسسة تاونزة العلمية بغرداية وتم التطرق الى عمليات إدارة المعرفة وأسباب ظهورها بالإضافة الى متطلبات تطبيقها وكذا الكفاءة التنظيمية حيث تعتبر أحد المعايير الرئيسية لقياس كفاءة المؤسسة وقد اعتمدنا في هذ الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي باستخدام أداة الدراسة )الاستبيان( بشكل الكتروني بالإضافة الى المقابلة، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 06 موظفا و قد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج أهمها : ان هناك مستوى مرتفع من ممارسة إدارة المؤسسة لعمليات إدارة المعرفة والمتمثلة في اكتساب المعرفة وتوليدها، تخزين المعرفة، مشاركة المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة، تكنولوجيا إدارة المعرفة بالإضافة الى وجود علاقة لعمليات إدارة المعرفة )اكتساب المعرفة وتوليدها، تخزين المعرفة، مشاركة المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة، تكنولوجيا إدارة المعرفة( في رفع الكفاءة التنظيمية لمؤسسة تاونزة العلمية ، كوذلك بينت نتائج الدراسة انه لا توجد فروق في إجابات عينة الدراسة حول الكفاءة التنظيمية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية )العمر، المؤهل العلمي، المستوى الوظيفي، الخبرة المهنية( لدى موظفي مؤسسة تاونزة العلمية. The study aims to know the reality of the practice of knowledge management operations and its role in raising the efficiency of the institution. The study was carried out at the level of the Tawenza Scientific School In Ghardaia. Knowledge management operations, and the reasons for their emergence were addressed, in addition to the requirements for their application, as well as organizational efficiency, as it is considered one of the main criteria for measuring the efficiency of the institution. We have adopted in this study The descriptive approach and the analytical approach using the study tool (questionnaire) electronically in addition to the interview, Where the sample studied was 60 employees, and the study reached the most important results: There is a high level of practice of the management of the institution under study for knowledge management processes represented in knowledge acquisition and generation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, knowledge management technology, in addition to a relationship to knowledge management operations, (knowledge acquisition and generation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, The application of knowledge, knowledge management technology) in raising the organizational efficiency of the Tawenza Scientific School IV . Also, the results of the study showed that there were no differences in the answers of the study sample about the organizational competence due to the personal variables (age, educational qualification, job level, professional experience) among the employees of the Tawenza Scientific School.Item إدارة المعرفة وأثرها على الإبداع الإداري في المنظمة _ دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2020-09-19) وردة, محمدي; مروة, قرباتيهدفت هذه الدراسة إلذ معرفة تأثتير تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة على الإبداع الإداري في جامعة غرداية، بحيث تم إبراز أهم عمليات إدارة المعرفة )تشخيص ،توليد ،تخزين ،نشر والتوزيع ،تطبيق المعرفة ( ومدى تطبيقها لدى كوادر جامعة غرداية ، ودورها في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري لديهم. معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي لوصف محتلف الجوانب المتعلقة بإدارة المعرفة والإبداع الإداري ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، حيث تم توزيع 58 استبانة على لستلف كوادر الجامعة، استًجعنا منها 48 ا وعتبرت 41 منها صالحة للدراسة، وقد تم برليلها باستخدام برنامج) SPSS v26 .) وصلت الدراسة في النهاية إلذ جملة من النتائج ألعها: عدم وجود تأثتَ نسبي إلغاي ودال إحاائيا لتبتٍ عمليات إدارة الدعرفة لدى مستخدمي جامعة غرداية، وجود تأثتَ إلغاي ودال إحاائيا لمحددات الإبداع الإداري لدى مستخدمي جامعة غرداية، عدم وجود تأثتَ إلغاي ودال إحاائيا لتأثتَ عمليات إدارة الدعرفة على أبعاد الإبداع الإداري، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحاائية للمتغتَات الشخاية تؤثر على برقيق الإبداع الإداري لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، وىذا ما دفع بنا لوضع جملة من الاقتًاحات ألعها :ضرورة توعية العاملتُ وتدربيهم على مفاىيم الدتعلقة بإدارة الدعرفة كمفهوم إداري حديث، ضرورة الدطالبة بهامش أوسع من الوصاية لممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة وكذا تشجيع الإبداع الإداري و إشاعة روح التنافس و تشجيع الإبداع بين العاملينThis study aimed to know the effect of applying knowledge management processes on administrative creativity at the University of Ghardaia, so that the most important processes of knowledge management (diagnosis, generation, storage, dissemination and distribution, application of knowledge) were highlighted and the extent of their application among the cadres of the University of Ghardaia, and their role in achieving administrative creativity to them. Depending on the descriptive approach to describe the various aspects related to knowledge management and administrative creativity and the case study approach in the applied aspect, 58 questionnaires were distributed to the various staff of the University of Ghardaia, we retrieved 48 of them, 41 of which were considered valid for study, and they were analyzed using (SPSS v26). Finally, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the absence of a positive and statistically significant effect of the adoption of knowledge management processes among staff of the University of Ghardaia, we have an existence positive and statistically significant effect of the administrative creativity determinants among staff of the University of Ghardaia, the absence of a positive and statistically significant effect of the impact of management processes Knowledge of the dimensions of administrative creativity, the absence of statistically significant differences of personal variables that affect the achievement of administrative creativity among the individuals of the study sample, and this prompted us to develop a set of suggestions, the most important of which are: the necessity of educating workers and training them on concepts related to knowledge management as a modern management concept, the necessity to demand a margin Wider than guardianship to practice knowledge management processes, as well as encouraging administrative creativity, spreading the spirit of competition and encouraging creativity among employees.Item دور إدإرة إلمعرفة في تحسين أدإء وظيفة مرإقبة التسيير في إلمؤسسات إلتعليمية درإسة ميدإنية بولاية غردإية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2015-06-14) محمد, دودوشهد العصر الحالي تطور كبير في شتى مجالات الحياة الإقتصادية ، الإجتماعية ، السياسية وهذا ناتج عن التطور الهائل في كافة وسائل التكنولوجية والاتصال وقد أعقب عنه انفتاح كبير في الحدود وتدفق كم ضخم من المعلومات والمعارف مما خلق هذا الوضع تغير بيئة التي تنشط فيها المؤسسات المختلفة وما نجم عن ذلك من صعوبات في نشاطها في ظل البيئة المعقدة وتعاني المؤسسات التعليمية بإعتبارها كيانا يعسش داخل هذه البيئة التي أفرزتها الظروف المعاصرة مشاكل عدة تحول دون تحسين من أدائها ومن بين هذه المشاكل جانب المعرفة من خلال عدم القدرة من استغلال المعرفة المتوفرة لها ، وقد جاء مفهوم إدارة المعرفة ليقوم بتنظيم المعرفة الموجودة داخل المؤسسة أو القادمة من خارجها محاولة بذلك وضع تلك المعرفة في إطار قابل للإستعمال من طرف أفراد المؤسسة وجاء مفهوم إدارة المعرفة ليسمح للمؤسسات من تنظيم المعرفة في المؤسسة مما ساعد على تفعيل دور مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسات مما أدى بالتطور وتحسين أدائها وخاصة اناها تقوم بتفعيل عدة طاقات في المؤسسة ، وقد ساهمت وساعدت مراقبة التسيير في أداء مهامها من خلال إيجاد المعرفة التي تحتاجها في القيام بمهامها بفعاليةItem ALFAPIPEمدى فعالية إدارة المعرفة في تفعيل وظيفة مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة(جامعة غرداية / كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2015-05-20) مسعودة, بن نويتناولنـا مـن خـلال هـذه الدراسـة موضـوعا في غايـة الأهميـة بالنسـبة للمؤسسـات الاقتصـادية والـذي يتمثـل في مـدى فعاليـة إدارة المعرفـة فـي تفعيـل وظيفـة مراقبـة التسـيير فـي المؤسسـة الاقتصـادية، حيـث تم التطـرق لكـل جوانـب الموضوع بدءا بمراقبة التسيير وأهميتها في المؤسسة وكذلك تعرفنا علـى المفـاهيم المتعلقـة بـإدارة المعرفـة، وقـد ركـزت دراسـتنا علـى هـذين العنصـرين كمـدخل تتخـذه المؤسسـة لتحسـين الأداء و تحقيـق أهـدافها، وللتعـرف علـى أثـر إدارة المعرفـة علـى وظيفة مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة في مؤسسة ALFAPIPE. وهـدفت هـذه الدراسـة إلى التعـرف علـى أهميـة مراقبـة التسـيير والهـدف مـن إدارة المعرفـة و أثـر إدارة المعرفـة علـى وظيفـة مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة. و اعتمدنا في دراستنا على الملاحظة و استبيان والذي تم تحليله عن طريق برنامج spss ،لاختبار الفرضـيات وكانـت نتائج الدراسة تؤكد أن هناك ارتباط موجب بين إدارة المعرفة و مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والاقترً احات من شأ أن تساعد مؤسسة ALFAPIPE في تحقيق أهدافها.
