Item أثر تحرير التجارة الخارجية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر د ا رسة قياسية خلال الفترة 1990-2021(جامعة غرداية, 2024) عيسى, خوذيرياستهدفت الدراسة معرفة مدى تأثير تٖحرير التجارة الخارجية على النمو الاقتصادي فيالجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة ما 1990-1921،حيث قمنا بدراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج الاتحذار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية ات١وزعة ات١تباطئة - ARDL ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الذ أف التجارة ات٠ارجية تٖتل مكانة مهمة في الاقتصاد اتٞزائري من خلاؿ ما توفره الصادرات من العملة الأجنبية لتغطية احتياجات المجتمع اتٞزائري من الواردات ، ولقد أثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة ات٬ابية بتُ التحرير التجاري و النمو الاقتصادي في اتٞزائر، حيث أف زيادة الصادرات بنسبة 0 % تقابلها زيادة في الناتج المحلي الإتٚالر بنسبة 00.16 % أو تٔعتٌ أف النمو الاقتصادي يتأثر ات٬ابيا بالصادرات، الا أف ىذا يعود لطبيعة الصادرات اتٞزائرية التي تعتمد على المحروقات ت٦ا انعكس ات٬ابا على معدلات النمو الاقتصادي ، وبناءا على ىذا ينبغي على اتٟكومة اتٞزائرية أف تعمل على تنويع الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات مع ضرورة اتباع السياسة التجاريةالملائمة The study aimes to assess the impact of foreign trade liberalization on economic growth in Algeria during the period from 1990 to 2021. A standard analysis was conducted using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). The study found that foreign trade plays a significant role in the Algerian economy by providing foreign currency to cover the import . The results demonstrated a positive relationship between trade liberalization and economic growth in Algeria. However, this is influenced by the nature of Algerian exports, which are primarily based on hydrocarbons, positively affecting economic growth rates. Based on these findings, it is advisable for the Algerian government to diversify exports beyond the hydrocarbon sector while implementing appropriate trade policiesItem دور نظم المعلومات الدولية في دعم نمو التجارة الخارجية دراسة ميدانية ( الشركة الوطنية للأنابيب ALFAPIPE ALFAPIPE )(جامعة غرداية, 2023) مريم, الحاج قويدرتهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه نظم المعلومات في تعزيز وتسهيل عمليات التجارة الخارجية. و إلى فهم كيفية استخدام وتطبيق نظم المعلومات في سياق التجارة الدولية وتحديد الفوائد والمزايا التي تقدمها للشركات والشركاء التجاريين . و من خلال الدراسة، ستتم تحليل وتقييم أداء نظم المعلومات في تسهيل عمليات التجارة الخارجية، بما في ذلك تدفق المعلومات وتوافرها وج ودتها. سيتم دراسة كيفية استخدام هذه النظم لتبادل المعلومات المتعلقة بالسوق والمتطلبات القانونية واللوجستية والمالية في سلاسل التوريد العالمية . حيث تناول الاستبيا ن الموجه للعينة المدروسة )مصلحة التجارة الدولية و مصلحة المالية( نقاط تتعلق بجوانب تخص ابعاد نظم المعلومات الدولية و التجارة الخارجية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، فبعد معاجلتنا وتحليلنا لمختلف جوانب الموضوع النظرية والعملية توصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج ، وقد لخصت إلى توصيات مقترحة تفي بضرورة التزام بتطوير نظم المعلومات و التي تنعكس بالإيجاب على تكريس التجارة الخارجية لدى المؤسسة بصفة خاصة و الجزائر بصفة عامة The aim of this study is to understand the role played by information systems in enhancing and facilitating international trade operations. The study seeks to comprehend the utilization and application of information systems in the context of international trade and identify the benefits and advantages they offer to companies and business partners. Through this study, an analysis and evaluation of the performance of information systems in facilitating international trade operations will be conducted, including the flow, availability, and quality of information. The study will investigate how these systems are used to exchange information related to market dynamics, legal requirements, logistics, and financial aspects within global supply chains. The questionnaire administered to the studied sample (international trade department and Financial department) covered points related to aspects concerning the dimensions of international information systems and foreign trade in the economic institution. After reviewing and analyzing various theoretical and practical aspects of the subject, the study reached important findings. These findings were summarized into proposed recommendations that emphasize the necessity of commitment to the development of information systems.
