Item إستراتيجية التحول الرقمي ودوره في تحسين الأداء في المنظمة. (دراسة حالة بجامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024-06-09) عبد الرحمان, ابن الصغير; إبراهيم, مرارستهدف هذه الدراسة إلي توضيح دور إستراتيجية التحول الرقمي في تحسين الأداء في المنظمة، بجامعة غرداية(محل الدراسة) ، من خلال التركيز على أهمية وأهداف الاستراتيجية التحول الرقمي وغيرها من مراحل التحول الرقمي الي التحديات التي واجهتها و أهم المراحل التي تمر بها وصولا لأخر مرحلة ، بالإضافة إلى الوقوف على الأثر الإيجابي للتحول الرقمي و دوره في تعزيز فعالية إستراتيجية المؤسسة، حيث إعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي كفل لنا التغطية الشاملة للموضوع و من خلال استهداف عينة من المجتمع تتكون من (50) موظف موزعين على مختلف المناصب، و إختبار فرضيات الدراسة إستعنا بأداة الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات و من ثمة تحليلها و تفسيرها من أجل الوصول إلى نتائج نهائية دقيقة. تساهم الاستراتيجية الرقمية في تحسين أداء جامعة غرداية حيث جهة نظر هيئة التدريس الجامعية محل الدراسة من خلال كل من الثقافة التنظيمية للتحول الرقمي، القيادة التنظيمية للتحول الرقمي ، الموارد البشرية حسب إجابات عينة الدراسة This study aims to clarify the role of the digital transformation strategy in improving performance in the organization, at the University of Ghardaia (the subject of the study), by focusing on the importance and objectives of the digital transformation strategy and other stages of digital transformation, to the challenges faced and the most important stages that it passes through until the last stage, In addition to identifying the positive impact of digital transformation and its role in enhancing the effectiveness of the organization’s strategy, we relied in our study on the descriptive and analytical approach that ensured us comprehensive coverage of the topic and by targeting a sample of society consisting of (50) employees distributed across various positions, and testing Study hypotheses: We used the questionnaire as a basic tool for collecting data and then analyzing and interpreting it in order to reach accurate final results. The digital strategy contributes to improving the performance of the University of Ghardaia, from the point of view of the university faculty under study, through organizational culture for digital transformation, organizational leadership for digital transformation, and human resources, according to the answers of the study sampleItem تحديات التحول الرقمي في المنظمات الحكومية (دراسة ميدانية لمنصة بروغراس في جامعة غرداية)(جامعة غرداية, 2023) عمر, بلكو; محمد لمين, بن عبد الرحمنهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تحديات التحول الرقمي في المنظمات الحكومية، وهذا من خلال استخدام منصة بر وغراس في جامعة غرداية كدراسة حالة، وتتبع مراحل عملية رصد علامات الطلبة بالنسبة للأعمال الموجهة والامتحانات النهائي، بالإضافة إلى إبراز أهم التحديات التي تواجه جامعة غ رداية عند استخدامها لهذه المنصة. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم استخدام الوثائق تمثلت في إحصائيات لعدد المستخدمين من الطلبة لهذه المنصة، كما تم إجراء المقابلة في جمع البيانات. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: يوجد استخدام متوسط لمنصة بروغراس في جامعة غرداية. تتمثل أبرز التحديات التي تواجه استخدام منصة بر وغراس في صعوبة استخدام هذه المنصة في جامعة غرداية. This study aimed to identify the level of use of the Progress platform at the University of Ghardaia, and track the stages of the process of monitoring students' scores for directed work and final exams, in addition to highlighting the most important challenges facing the University of Ghardaia when using this platform. This study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and documents were used, represented in statistics for the number of students who used this platform, and an interview was conducted to collect data. This study reached the following results: There is an average use of the Prograss platform at the University of Ghardaia. The main challenges facing the use of the Prograss platform are the difficulty of using this platform at Ghardaia University.Item مرتكزات اقتصاد المعرفة وفق برنامج الأمم المتحدة دراسة حالة الجزائر 2021-2015(جامعة غرداية, 2023) محمد عماد الدين, شامخة; يسمين, عجابيتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة واقع اقتصاد المعرفة في الجزائر استنادا للركائز التي حددها برنامج الأمم المتحدة لقياس تطورات اقتصاد المعرفة في الدول. مشكلة البحث تمحورت حول السؤال التالي: ما هي وضعية الجزائر ضمن مرتكزات اقتصاد المعرفة وفق برنامج الامم المتحدة؟ وللإجابة على هذا السؤال اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي في دراسة مختلف جوانب المشكلة البحثية.. أهم النتائج التي توصلنا لها: بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة من قبل الحكومة الجزائرية لاعتماد اقتصاد المعرفة ، إلا أنها لا تزال تتواجد في مراكز متأخرة عالميًا وعربيًا This study aims to examine the reality of Algeria's knowledge economy based on the pillars identified by the United Nations Programme for Measuring Developments in the Knowledge Economy in States.
