    دور المهارات الناعمة في تعزيز الأداء الوظيفي - دراسة حالة المدارس التعليمية الخاصة بولاية غرداية-

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور المهارات الناعمة في تعزيز الأداء الوظيفي لدى المدرسين في المدارس الخاصة بولاية غرداية، من خلال دراسة العلاقة والتأثير بين عدد من أبعاد المهارات الناعمة )مثل التأثير، التعلم المستمر، التخطيط، إدارة الضغو ط، الذكاء العاطفي، الإبداع( ومستوى الأداء المهني اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات . وقد شمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع المدرسين العاملين في المدارس الخاصة بولاية غرداية، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ عددها 119 مفردة تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام ب رمجية R، وتحديدًا معامل الارتبا ط (r) والانحدار الخطي المتعدد . حيث أظهرت النتائج This study aims to explore the role of soft skills in enhancing job performance among teachers in private schools in the Wilaya of Ghardaia, by examining the relationship and impact of several soft skill dimensions (such as influence, continuous learning, planning, stress management…) on professional performance levels. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool. The study population consisted of all teachers working in private schools in Ghardaia, with a simple random sample of 119 participants. Data were analyzed using R software, specifically the Pearson correlation coefficient (r) and multiple linear regression. Findings revealed a statistically significant relationship and effect between soft skills and job performance, particularly in the dimensions of influence and continuous learning.وجود علاقة وتأثير دال إحصائيًا بين المهارات الناعمة والأداء الوظيفي، خصوصًا في أبعاد التأثير والتعلم المستمر

    تقييم استخدام التقنيات الحديثة للتخطيط الاستراتيجي دراسة ميدانية البنك الجزائري الخارجي BEA وكالة غرداية

    تهدف الدراسة الي تقييم الاستخدام التقنيات الحديثة للتخطيط الاستراتيجي وابراز مدى مساهمة تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة لتخطيط استراتيجي داخل البنك الجزائري الخارجي الى تطورها والصعوبات التي تواجهها. وعليه من اجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختيار وكالة البنك الخارجي لولاية غاردية كعينة للدراسة الميدانية وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي لتحليل البيانات المحصل عليها من الاستبيان من خلال توزيع على الموظفين. وعليه تم الخروج ببعض النتائج نذكر منها: القضاء على الخدمات التقليدية، سعي البنك لكسب الرضا الزبائن من خلال توفير احتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم، العمل على الحد من الصعوبات التي تواجه البنك في استخدام التقنيات الحديثة لتخطيط استراتيجي L'étude vise à évaluer l'utilisation des techniques modernes de planification stratégique et à mettre en évidence l'apport des technologies modernes au sein de la Banque algérienne étrangère et de planification à son développement et les difficultés auxquelles elle est confrontée. En conséquence, afin d'atteindre l'objectif de l'étude, l'agence bancaire externe de l'état de Ghardaïa a été choisie comme échantillon pour l'étude de terrain, et l'approche descriptive a été suivie pour analyser les données obtenues à partir du questionnaire en le distribuant à tous employés. En conséquence, certains résultats ont été conclus, notamment : la suppression des services traditionnels, l'effort de la banque pour obtenir la satisfaction des clients en répondant à leurs besoins et exigences, et un travail pour réduire les difficultés rencontrées par la banque dans l'utilisation des technologies modernes

    متطلبات ومعوقات تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المؤسسات -- دراسة حالة

    تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلذ معرفة متطلبات و معوقات تطبيق التخطيط الاستًاتيجي في الدؤسسات العمومية " دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز بغرداية" و ىذا من خلال معرفة ابذاىات العاملتُ في ىذه الدؤسسة لضو متطلبات و معوقات تطبيق التخطيط الاستًاتيجي ، ولتحقيق أىداف البحث استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان لجمع الدعلومات والبيانات، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة تقارب 60 إطار ،كما تم استخدام برنامج 25 SPSS في التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات، وفي الأختَ توصلت الدراسة إلذ النتائج التالية: ىناك فهم وادراك لعملية التخطيط الاستًاتيجي من وجهة نظر العاملتُ في مؤسسة سونلغاز بولاية غرداية ، كما أثبتت الدراسة ىناك لرموعة من الدتطلبات الضرورية لنجاح تطبيق التخطيط الاستًاتيجي من وجهة نظر العاملتُ في مؤسسة سونلغاز بولاية غرداية، ليس ىناك معوقات برول دون لصاح تطبيق التخطيط الاستًاتيجي من وجهة نظر العاملتُ في الدؤسسة لزل الدراسة ، و توصلت أيضا أنو ليس ىناك فروق بتُ إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول متطلبات ومعوقات تطبيق التخطيط الاستًاتيجي تعزى للمتغتَات الشخصية والوظيفيةThe current study aims to know the requirements and obstacles to the application of strategic planning in public institutions “Case Study of SONELGAZ in Ghardaia” and this is by knowing the attitudes of the employees of this institution towards the requirements and obstacles to the application of strategic planning, and to achieve the research objectives, we used the questionnaire tool to collect information and data. It was distributed on a sample of approximately 60 frameworks, and the 25 SPSS program was used in the statistical analysis of the data, and in the end the study reached the following results: There is anunderstanding and awareness of the strategic planning process from the point of view of the employees of SONELGAZ Corporation in the state of Ghardaia, as the study proved that there are a set of necessary requirements for the success of implementing strategic planning from the viewpoint of the employees of SONELGAZ Corporation in the state of Ghardaia. There are no obstacles preventing the success of implementing strategic planning from the viewpoint of the employees of the institution under study, and I also found that there are no differences between the answers of the study sample about the requirements and obstacles to the application of strategic planning.     في فعالية التسيير بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مديرية اتصالات الجزائر غردايةERP دور نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة

    هدفت الدراسة لتعرف على دور نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP في فعالية التسيير بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال معالجة إشكالية مدى مساهمة نظام موارد المؤسسة ERP في تحسين فعالية التسيير بالمؤسسة الإقتصادية. وبغية تحقيق أهداف الدارسة تم الاعتماد على أداة الإستبانة كأداة للدراسة صممت للإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية . وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في مستخدمي نظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطيات NGBSS/OSS في مديرية اتصالات الجزائر بغرداية والوكالات التجارية التابعة لها والبالغ عددهم 238 عامل، حيث قمنا بتوزيع 80 استبانة على عمال نظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطيات NGBSS/OSS . وقد قمنا في تحليل نتائج الدراسة بالاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي SPSS في النسخة 22 ، إضافة إلى المجدول Excel 2010 . وخلصت الدراسة أن اتجاه نتائج إجابات المستجوبين المتعلقة بإلت زام مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر غرداية بتوفر متطلبات تطبيق نظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطيات NGBSS/OSS كان في اتجاه إيجابي، مما يعني أن المؤسسة والوكالات التجارية لاتصالات الجزائر تهتم بتوفير بمتطلبات النظام. وبالنسبة للتوافق بين نظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطيات NGBSS/OSS وعمليات المؤسسات، تبين أن اتجاه نتائج إجابات المستجوبين المتعلقة بنظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطيات NGBSS/OSS وعمليات المؤسسات محل الدراسة كان إيجابيًا كذلك، مما يعني أن المؤسسة تهتم بمتطلب التوافق بين نظام إدارة الأعمال والمعطياتThe study aimed at identify the role of the ERP system in the management effectiveness of the economic institution by discussing the problem of the contribution of the ERP system in improving the efficiency of management in economic institutions. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was used as a study tool designed to answer the main problem. The study community is represented by NGBSS / OSS users at the Algerian Communications Directorate in Ghardaïa and its 238 business agencies. We distributed 80 questionnaires to NGBSS / OSS workers. We analyzed the results of the study using the statistical program SPSS in version 22, in addition to Excel 2010. The study found that the results of the responses of the respondents regarding the commitment of Algeria Ghardaïa to the requirements of the NGBSS / OSS application were positive, which means that the organization and the commercial agencies of Algeria Telecom are interested in providing the requirements of the system. For NGBSS / OSS and enterprise processes, the results of the NGBSS / OSS respondents' responses and the processes of the institutions studied were also positive, meaning that the organization is concerned with the NGNSS / OSS compatibility requirement And operations.     دور التخطيط الإست ا رتيجي في تحسين تنافسية المؤسسة د ا رسة حالة مؤسسة إتصالات الج ا زئر للهاتف النقال موبيليس "بولاية غرداية"

    تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور التخطيط الإستراتيجي في تحسين تنافسية الدؤسسة بوجهة نظر العاملين بمؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر للهاتف النقال "موبيليس" بولاية غرداية و للقيام بالدراسة الديدانية تم تصميم إستبيان مكون من 84 عبارة، ولجمع الدعلومات الأولية من عينة عشوائية من العاملين في الدؤسسة و الدكونة من 84 مفردة، و قد إعتمدت الدراسة في تحليل بيانات الإستبيان على برنامج SPSS ، كما تم إستخدام العديد من الإختبارات لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة منها معامل الإرتباط و إختبار تحليل التباين One Way Anova و كذا الإنحدار الدتعدد وذلك لتحليل و تفسير نتائج الد راسة الديدانية و إختبار الفرضيات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:  عدم وجد فروق بين متوسطات الإجابات لأفراد العينة وول عناصر التخطيط الإستراتيجي ومستوى تنافسية الدؤسسة بمؤسسة موبيليس تعزى لدتغ يرات الشخصية )سنوات الخبرة، الدؤهل العلمي(؛  وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية للرؤيةو الأهداف ا ولتحليل الإستراتيجي و الخيار الإستراتيجي على The presentstudyaims to find out the role of strategic planning in a competitive institution to improve the view of the working institution of Algeria Telecom mobile phone "Mobilis" Ghardaia, and to carry out fieldstudy questionnaire wascomposed of 48 words design, and to collectpreliminary information from a randomsample of employees in the organization and constituents 40 single, and the study has been adopted in the survey data analysis on the SPSS program, wasalsousedseveral tests to achieve the objectives of the study, includingcorrelation coefficient and test analysis of variance One Way Anova and as well as multiple regression to analyze and interpret the results of the fieldstudy and Test hypotheses, and the studyfound the followingresults:  There were no differencesbetween the averageresponses of the samplemembers on the elements of strategic planning and the level of competitiveness of the institution in Mobilis Corporation due to personal variables (years of experience, qualification);  The presence of a significant impact of the vision and objectives, strategic analysis and strategic choice on the competitiveness of the institution.تنافسية الدؤسسة

    SARL CELIAهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير منظومة العمليات في تطوير إدارة الوقت في ملبنة الحليب ومشتقاته ببلدية بني تامو ولاية البليدة ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم الاستبيان للحصول على البيانات اللازمة حيث بلغ خجم العينة 41 من رؤساء المصالح وتم تحليل باستخدام لاختيار للعينة الواحدة والانحدار المتعددspss توصلت الدراسة إى وجود مستوى للكفاءة والفعالية ي إدارة الوقت، كما توصلت لعدم وجود تأثر للتخطيط والتنظيم ، بينما هناك تأثير لكل من التوجيه والرقابة على تطوير إدارة الوقت The aim of our current study was to determine the effect of the process system in the development of time management. The study has been carried out in the SARL CELIA organization, located in the municipality of Beni Tamo, Blida province. In the goal to achieve the mentioned objectives, questionnaire has been adopted to obtain the requested data. 41 heads of different departments have been put into test as samples of the study. Accordingly, different methods and statistical tools were used in the test through SPSS program, whereas each sample has been put into test and into multiple regression correlations. Following the interpretation of the obtained results of the study, it has been averred an acceptable level of efficiency and effectiveness in the management of time, however there is no impact of planning and organization has been found. Moreover, the impact of both guidance and control on the development of time management was shown

    .Ce mémoire aborde le sujet de «l'application de la comptabilité de gestion dans le statut des institutions économiques algériennes étude de cas-Fondation de NAFTAL à Ghardaïa-", en abordant le problème centré sur: " besoin de l’application de la comptabilité de gestion dans les institutions économiques algériennes". Grâce à cette recherche, nous avons essayé de mettre en évidence les concepts et les locaux de comptabilité de gestion, en plus les modes traditionnels de cette dernière, y compris les méthodes modernes et aussi l'application des exigences de sorte que la dépendance à l'égard de l'approche descriptive et analytique. Après avoir examiné les concepts théoriques de la comptabilité de gestion. On a procédé à une étude de cas sur le terrain pour évaluer les points de vue des spécialistes par le biais des réunions, des enquêtes et des sondages en utilisant l'outil de questionnaire qui comprend des fonctionnaires et des administrateurs (internes et les vérificateurs externes) de unité NAFTAL Ghardaïa, l'étude a conclu que la comptabilité de gestion est la combinaison de la comptabilité et de l'administration simultanément et attirer l'attention sur les informations comptables appropriées afin d'aider l'administration dans l'organisation, la planification, le contrôle et le développement des compétences du travail tels que les télécommunications, les technologies de l'information de l'étude a également montré les budgets de planification de la méthode d'application d'entreprise et de gestion de la qualité totale en plus d'autres méthodes, et a conduit cette application pour rendre la prise de décision changer dans la façon dont la direction de l'établissement. En conséquence, étudiant recommande la nécessité de travailler sur l'application des différentes méthodes comptables administratives plus largement dans les institutions économiques en raison de leur faisabilité et leur grande valeur pour les institution
