To achieve the study objectives, a descriptive approachwasadopted, alongwith a case studymethod by designing a questionnaire and distributingit to a sample of 52 employees in the finance and accountingdepartments of threeeconomic institutions (NAFTAL, ALFAPIPE, SONELGAZ). The data wasthenprocessedusing the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) V22. The studyconcluded a set of results, the most important of whichare : There is a high level of information technology usage in the studiedinstitutions, There is a high level of implementation of the accounting information system in the studied institutions,There is a statisticallysignificant impact of using information technology on improving the quality of the accounting information system in the studied institutions المؤسسات محل الدراسة، يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات على تحسين جودة نظام المعلومات المحاسبي في المؤسسات محل الدراسةItem تقييم استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي -دراسة حالة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسييرغرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024-06-11) سامية, رحموني; آسيا, بن عودةتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير- جامعة غرداية،تماستخدام المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعلومات النظرية، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث وزعت 41 استبانة على عينة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والتحقق من فرضياته، وتم معالجة وتحليل بياناتالاستبيان باستعمال الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة المتمثلة في برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمهاتواجد علاقة طردية موجبة بين المتغيرين، وتبين عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياعلى الاستبانة تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية عدا الرتبة الوظيفية، بينما وجد أثر لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على جودة التعليم العالي بالكلية محل الدراسة، ومن أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة إنشاء شبكات تواصل مع مختلف الجامعات داخل وخارج الوطن لتبادل الخبرات والمعارف في طرق استخدام التكنولوجيا في التعليم، وضرورة الاهتمام أكثر بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وتوفير متطلباتهاThis study aims to the role of information and communication technology in enhancing the quality of higher education within the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaïa.a descriptive approach was employed to gather theoretical insights.A questionnaire was utilized as the primary data collection tool, with 41 questionnaires distributed among faculty members to achieve the study's objectives and validate its hypotheses. The collected data was processed and analyzed it using appropriate statistical methods such as the SPSS software package "Statistical Package for the Social Sciences". The results indicate a positive correlation between ICT utilization and educational quality, with no statistical discrepancies observed across personal variables, except at the functional level. While acknowledging the impact of ICT on higher education quality, the study recommends, among other measures, the establishment of networks with various universities within and outside the country to facilitate the exchange of experiences and knowledge on integrating technology in education. Furthermore, it underlines the importance of prioritizing ICT and providing the necessary resources to support its implementationItem أتر استخدام تكنولوجيا الدعلومات على الأداء المالي دراسة حالة شركة سونلغاز فرع الطاقات الدتجددة SER _ غارداية(جامعة غرداية, 2023) عبد الرزاق, موساوي; محمد المهدي, جعنيتهدف دراستنا الحالية الى ابراز اثر تكنولوجيا الدعلومات على الاداء الدالي حيث اصبحت تكنولوجيا الدعلومات من اىم العوامل الاساسية التي تسمح للمؤسسة للظفور بدكانة مرموقة في العالم الاقتصادي حيث تعد تكنولوجيا الدعلومات ىي لغة العصر الحديث لدا لذا من استًابذيات وطرق تنمي الاداء الدالي الذي يعتتَ بدوره النقطة الاساسية في الدؤسسة ومن ىذا الاساس تطرقنا في دراستنا ىذه الى معرفة تكنولوجيا الدعلومات والاداء الدالي والتوصل الى طبيعة العلبقة الحقيقة بينهم حيث قمنا بتسليط الضوء على لستلف الدفاىيم النظرية لكل من تكنولوجيا الدعلومات والاداء الدالي وطبيعة العلبقة الجوىرية التي بينهم ولذذا قمنا بإجراء دراسة برليلة في شركة سونلغاز فرع الطاقات الدتجددة SER _غردايةكما تم ،وقد تم توزيع حوالي 50 استبيانا على العينة الدختارة، وتم استًجاع جميع الاستمارات 2 منها غتَ مقبولة وذالك بستخدام برنامج spss في برليل البيانات والاستمارات لعرض دراستنا بشكل توضيحي يسعى الى ادراج تكنولوجيا الدعلومات كاداة بارزة في تاثتَىا على الاداء الدالي في الدؤسسة حيث قمنا باستخدام الدنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري اما في الجانب التطبيقي الدنهج التحليلي من خلبل تصميم الاستبيان الصحيح في ىذه الدراسة وكل ىذا من اجل الوصول الى اغراض دراستنا الفعلية حيث يعتبر الذدف الاساسي في دراستنا ىتو ىو أتر استخدام تكنولوجيا الدعلومات على الأداء الدالي ومن خلبل مايلي توصنا الى لرموعة نتائج وىي : تتمتاز تكنولوجيا الدعلومات باسرعة في الالصاز الاعمال ولذا كفاءة ودقة في ادائها لشا لغعها تقوم بتحستُ الدمتاز للبداء الدالي في الدؤسسة ،تقوم تكنولوجيا الدعلومات بتسهيل التواصل بتُ الدوظفتُ وعالم الاعمال بسرعة وفعالية كبتَة وىدا ينج عنو تبادل افكار الاقتصادية الصحيحة التي تنمي الاداء الدالي،تقوم تكنولوجيا الدعلومات بإزالة مشاكل الوقت والدسافة في الانشطة التجارية للمؤسسة وىذا يسهل عملية البيع والشراء عن طريق الأنتًنت لشا يساعد الدؤسسة على برقيق عوائد مالية كبتَة وتنمية الاداء الدالي لذا،وفي الختَ توصلنا الى لرموعة من التوصيات التي برصلنا عليها من خلبل دراستنا الحالية وىي: تشجيع و تكثيف التكوين في ميدان التكنولوجيا الحديثة بدختلف الدسائل الدادية والبرلرية،توحيد جهود مستَ الدؤسسة في الخروج بقوائم مالية صحيحة دقيقة وذللك بإجراء دورات تدربي في لرال تكنولوجيا الدعلومات ،زيادة الثقافة بالاداء الدالي من اجل فهم الصحيح للقوائم الدالية للموسسة، السعي الى استخدام تكنولوجيا الدعلومات في تك وين اداء الدالي للمؤسسة وذلك عن طريق استخدام استًابذيات وادوات تكنولوجيا الدعلومات في دراسة الاداء الدالي وبرليلو والعمل على برسينو في الدؤسسة الاقتصادية Our current study aims to highlight the impact of information technology on financial performance, as information technology has become one of the most important basic factors that allows an organization to gain a prominent position in the economic world, as information technology is the language of the modern era because of its strategies and methods that develop financial performance, which in turn is considered the basic point in The institution, and on this basis, in this study, we addressed the knowledge of information technology and financial performance and reached the nature of the true relationship between them, as we shed light on the various theoretical concepts of both information technology and financial performance and the nature of the fundamental relationship that exists between them. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, le chercheur a utilisé l'observation et le questionnaire pour collecter des données et des informations. Le processus de distribution s'est limité à la méthode de l'échantillon simple, de sorte que l'échantillon de l'étude comptait 58 travailleurs de l'institution.
