Item لوحة القيادة ودورها في اتخاذ القرار لدى المؤسسة دراسة حالة: المؤسسة الجزائرية للأنابيب -ALFAPIPE - غرداية خلال فترة : 2021 / 2022(جامعة غرداية, 2023) حفصة, هزرش; بشرى, عمرانتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة لوحة القيادة في اتخاذ القرارات في المؤسسة الاقتصادية و للإجابة عن الاشكالية قمنا بدراسة نظرية و تطبيقية بالاعتماد على مجموعة من الادوات منها المقابلة والملاحظة وتحليل الوثائق المتحصل عليها و ذلك عن طريق د راسة حالة في مؤسسة الجزائرية للأنابيب وحدة غرداية ALFAPIPE ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها أن لوحة القيادة هي إحدى الأدوات الأساسية في عملية التسيير بحيث تساعد على توفير أهم المعلومات الخاصة بمختلف نشاطات الشركة، كما تضمن تقديم المعلومات والانحرافات وكذا نسب تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة ليتم تفسيرها وتصحيحها Cette étude vise a montré la contribution de tableau de bord à la prise de décision dans l'institution économique, et pour répondre à la problématique, nous avons fait une étude théorique et pratique, en nous appuyant sur un ensemble d'outils dont : l'entretien, l'observation, et analyse des documents obtenus, à travers une étude de cas à la Société Algérienne des Tuyauteries, unité de Ghardaïa, ALFAPIPE .Au cours de cette étude, nous sommes parvenus à un ensemble de résultats dont le plus important : Le tableau de bord est l’un des outils de base du processus de gestion car il aide à fournir les informations les plus importantes sur les différentes activités de l’entreprise, et assure également la fourniture d’informations et d’écarts ainsi que les taux d’atteinte des objectifs fixés à interpréter et à corriger.Item التقييم المحاسبي للمخزونات على ضوء المعيار المحاسبي الدولي 2 و أثره على إتخاذ القرارات المالية في المؤسسة د ا رسة حالة مؤسسة الج ا زئرية لصناعة الأنابيب (ALFAPIPE) غرداية لسنة 2022(جامعة غرداية, 2023) بوشنقة مريم إكرام, بوعلاويتهدف هذه الدراسةإلى التقييم المحاسبي للمخزونات على ضوء المعيار المحاسبي الدولي (IAS02)و أثره على إتخاذ القرارات المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، من خلال التعرف على طرق تقييم المخزونات و تسجيلها محاسبيا و إتخاذ القرار المالي في المؤسسة حسب ماجاء به من المعيار (IAS02)، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بدراسةحالة في المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب غرداية (ALFAPIPE)لسنة 2022، حيث تم الإعتماد على المقابلة، و تحليل المعلومات المالية كأدوات للدارسة . توصلنا إلى أن المعيار (IAS02) له دورا كبير في إتخاذ القرار الماليولضمان ذلك يجب أن يعالج في كل مؤسسة مخزون أمان إذا كان مخزون الأمان لا يوفي الطلبية، على المؤسسة أن تتخذ قرار لمواجهة هذا المشروع أو تغطيته، وهنا يتضح أثر المعيار (IAS02) في إتخاذ القرارات المالية، كما أن المؤسسة تعتمد على طريقة التكلفة الوسيطية المرجحة وهذا لمدى ملائمتها لطبيعة النشاط الذي تمارسه المؤسسة. This study aims to assess the accounting treatment of inventories in light of the International Accounting Standard 02 (IAS 02) and its impact on financial decision-making in the economic enterprise. It involves understanding inventory valuation methods and their accounting treatment, as well as the financial decision-making process in the enterprise according to the provisions of IAS 02. In order to achieve the study objectives, a case study was conducted at the Algerian company Alfa Pipe, which operates in the pipe manufacturing industry, for the year 2022. Interviews and analysis of financial information were utilized as research tools. The study found that the IAS 02 standard plays a significant role in financial decision-making. To ensure compliance, every company should have a safety stock. If the safety stock fails to meet the enterprise's demand, decisions need to be made to address or cover this shortfall. This demonstrates the impact of the IAS 02 standard on financial decision-making. Furthermore, the company follows the weighted average cost method, which is suitable for its business nature.Item دورالقيادة الإدارية في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية - دراسة حالة مؤسسة نفطال بغرداية -(جامعة غرداية, 2023) وهيبة, عماريتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة الإدارية في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية في مؤسسة نفطال بغرداية وللوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما إستخدمنا أداة الإستبيان، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من مجموعة من الموظفين العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة حيث بلغ عدد الإستبيانات الموزعة44إستبيان، منها 36إستبيان صالح للتحليل أي بنسبة 81.82%، أما تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها فتم بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية ( SPSS ). أظهرت النتائج المتوصل إليها أنه هناك مستوى متوسط من القيادة الإدارية والفعالية التنظيمية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وهناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد القيادة الإدارية (التخطيط وإتخاذ القرار، التحفيز وتشجيع الآخرين، نمط الإشراف، بناء فرق العمل) وتحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية في مؤسسة نفطال بغرداية. كما تم التوصل إلى عدم وجود فروق تعزى إحصائيا للعوامل الشخصية والوظيفية لأفراد عينة الدراسةتبعا لمتغير الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، الأقدمية والمستوى الوظيفي. This study aims to identify the role of administrative leadership in achieving organizational effectiveness in Naftal company in Ghardaia, and to achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive-analytical methodology was adopted, and we utilized the questionnaire tool. The study population consisted of a group of employees working in the study institution, with a total of 44 questionnaires distributed. Out of these, 36 questionnaires were valid for analysis, representing 81.82% of the total. The data analysis was conducted using the statistical package SPSS The results obtained showed that there is a medium level of administrative leadership and organizational effectiveness in the institution under study, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of administrative leadership (planning and decision-making, motivation and encouragement of others, supervision style, team building) and achieving organizational effectiveness in the Naftal Company in Ghardaia. L’étude a montré un ensemble de résultats , parmi lesquels : L’existence des systèmes d'information MIS appliqués par l'entreprise SKTM objet de l'étude pour l’amélioration de processus de la prise de décision à l’effet de la réalisation d’une centrale photovoltaïque de production d'énergie électrique. L’existence d’une concomitance entre les sorties du PVSystem et les informations obtenues grâce à l'exploitation de la centrale, ce qui prouve la précision et la fiabilité des sorties du système. This study aimed to identify the most important concepts related to both university governance and decision-making, taking As well as knowing the impact of the application of university governance in decision-making in Algerian universities, the case study of the University of Ghardaia, where after reviewing the theoretical framework of the subject and through the use of the questionnaire as a systematic tool for study and then processing and analysing the data obtained from the sample of the study where 40 questionnaires were distributed, 34 questionnaires were retrieved excluded (4) for lack of seriousness of answering them, and the number of questionnaires analysed concluded to (30) questionnaires.
