Item أثر إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة دراسة حالة بمؤسسة مراكز الردم التقني- غرداية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) محمد نجيب, دحمانتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة على تحسين أداء العاملين داخل المؤسسات، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة مراكز الردم التقني بولاية غرداية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة شملت 23 موظفًا من مختلف المستويات الإدارية داخل المؤسسة. وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS للتحقق من صحة الفرضيات المتعلقة بأبعاد إدارة الجودة الشاملة: القيادة، التدريب والتعليم، التحفيز والدافعية، والتحسين المستمر. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لكل من القيادة، التدريب، التحفيز، والتحسين المستمر على أداء العاملين، مما يعزز أهمية تبني إدارة الجودة الشاملة كمنهج إداري استراتيجي لتحسين الكفاءة الداخلية ورفع إنتاجية الموظفين. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير برامج تدريبية فعالة، وأنظمة تحفيزية عادلة، وقيادة ملتزمة، إلى جانب تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر لضمان تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية بفعالية واستدامة This study aims to reveal the impact of the application of TQM on improving the performance of employees within organizations, through a field study at the level of the Technical Landfill Centers Institution in Ghardaia Governorate. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, and the questionnaire tool was used to collect data from a sample of 23 employees from different administrative levels within the organization. The data was analyzed using SPSS statistical program to validate the hypotheses related to the dimensions of TQM: Leadership, Training and Education, Motivation and Motivation, and Continuous Improvement. The results of the study showed a significant and statistically significant impact of leadership, training, motivation, and continuous improvement on employee performance, which reinforces the importance of adopting TQM as a strategic management approach to improve internal efficiency and raise employee productivity. The study recommended the need to provide effective training programs, fair incentive systems, committed leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement to ensure that organizational goals are achieved effectively and sustainably.Item ALPHA PIPEدور مراقبة التسيير في تعزيز إدارة الجودة الشاملة دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للأنابيب(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2015-05-20) حفيظة, حمزيتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه مرالبة التسيير في تعزيز إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسة الالتصادية ، إذ أن هذه الدراسة تقوم على بحث الدور الذي تقوم به مرالبة التسيير وكيفية إنعكاسه على إدارة الجودة الشاملة ، ولد طبقت هذه الدراسة على م ؤسسة الأنابيب الحلزونية كعينة من المؤسسات الالتصادية الجزائرية ، إذ تم إستخدام الإستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات وتم إستخدام عدة أساليب و أدوات إحصائية ، وهو ما سمح بالإةابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية للدراسة من خلال الوصول إلى النتيجة التي تقول تساهم مرالبة التسيير في تعزيز إدارة الجودة الشاملة من خلال توفير الجودة الشاملة للأداء و لكافة ةوانب المؤسسة ،والتقليل من الأخطواء والانحرافات وتجنباا ، و لد تمثلت أهم النتاج التي تم التوصل إلياا أن مرالبة التسيير تساهم في تعزيز مكانة إدارة الجودة الشاملة ، و التي بدورها تساهم في تحقيق ةودة العمليات الإنتاةية و تخفيض التكاليف وتحسين الأداء . ولد تم طرح مجموعة من التوصيات التي من شأنها تفعيل مانة مرالبة التسيير مع ما يتوافق و المتطولبات الرئيسية لإدارة الجودة الشاملةCette étude vise à savoir le rôle du contrôle de gestion dans la promotion de la qualité globale de l'Enterprise Manager économique, comme cette étude est basée sur l'examen du rôle joué par la commande de direction et comment à la réflexion sur la gestion de la qualité totale, cette étude a été appliquée à la Fondation de tuyau en spirale comme un échantillon des institutions algérienne économique, depuis questionnaire a été utilisé comme un outil de collecte d'informations a été utilisé plusieurs méthodes et outils statistiques, qui ont été autorisés à répondre le principal problème pour l'étude à travers l'accès au résultat, qui dit contribuer commande de direction dans la promotion de la gestion de la qualité totale grâce à la qualité globale de la performance de la disposition et de tous les aspects de Fondation, minimisant les erreurs et les déviations et éviter, et a été la sortie la plus importante atteint que le contrôle de gestion de contribuer à renforcer la position de Total Quality Management, qui à son tour contribue à la qualité des VI processus de production et de réduire les coûts et améliorer les performances. The study used the descriptive method to fit the subject of the study, in addition to relying on a case study in collecting data by means of a questionnaire designed to achieve the study objectives, Where the reliability and stability were verified and the stability factor was reached as a whole (0.802), The sample of the study consisted of the group of employees at the University of Ghardaia who were related to the subject of the study. The sample of the study was (50) single. The data obtained using the SPSS program were analyzed, and the results of the study have shown the following: The average level of the organizational culture prevailing within the university under study, the average level of the quality system applied in the university under study, and the existence of a positive correlation relationship of (0.534) between organizational values and quality management standards in the University of study.Item واقع تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات التعليمية الجزائرية دارسة ميدانية بمديرية التربية لولاية غارداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2016-05-28) إلهام, بحورةتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات التعليمية الجزائرية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة ) الأساتذة المديرين المشرفين المفتشين الإداريين (. لتحقيق أهداف – – - - البحث ، أجريت الدراسة على عينة من مجتمع المدرسي والذي يتمثل في بعض المتوسطات بولاية غارداية البالغ عددهم ) 07 ( متوسطات بالإضافة إلى المفتشين بمدرية التربية والتعليم. تم اختيار عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها ) 120 ( لتطبيق الدراسة. وللتعرف إلى مدى تطبيق إدارة جودة الشاملة في المؤسسات التعليمية تم توزيع استبان حيث تم التحقق من صدق أداة الدراسة وثباتها بالطرق الإحصائية المناسبة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : إلى أن درجة تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات التعليمية الجزائرية بولاية غارداية كانت متوسطة. أشارت النتائج إلى أن أعلى مبدأ في درجة التطبيق هو " مبدأ التحسين والتطوير المستمر " الذي يطبق بدرجة مرتفعة مما يعطي مؤشرا ايجابيا على اهتمام المؤسسات التعليمية بتطبيق هذا المبدأ. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق مبدأ التدريب والتزام الإدارة بالجودة كان متوسط وذلك بسبب قلة استقطاب الخبراء في مجال الجودة الشاملة لتدريب العاملين والمسيرين للمؤسسات التعليمية وقصور تدريبهم على كيفية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، بالإضافة إلى افتقار المؤسسات التعليمية إلى وجود سياسة واضحة ومكتوبة لكيفية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة. • ليس هناك فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى المعنوية 0,05 في درجة تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية.This study aims to identify the status of the application of total quality management (TQM) in the Algerian educational institutions from the point of view of the study sample (professors, managers, supervisors, inspectors and administrators). To achieve the objectives of the research, the study was conducted on a sample of the school community, which is represented by seven الملخص VI middle schools, in Ghardaia easily chosen, in addition to inspectors of Directorate of Education. The study selected a sample of (120). And to identify the extent to which the )TQM( was applied in the educational institutions, a survey was distributed where there the accuracy of the study tool and its stability with appropriate statistical means was validated. The study concluded with a number of findings, including: the level of application of total quality, in the educational institutions of the Wilaya of Ghardaia, was average. The results indicated that the highest application level was the "principle of continuous improvement and development", which is a positive indication of the interest of the educational institutions to apply this principle. The results showed that the degree of application of the principle of training and management commitment to quality was average because of the lack of attracting experts in the field of the total quality to train the workers and managers of educational institutions and lack of training on how to implement total quality management, in addition to the lack of educational institutions to a clear and written policy for how to apply comprehensive quality management. there were no differences with statistical significance at the 0.05 level of significance in the level of application of total quality from the viewpoint of the study sample that could be due to personal biases.Item دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين آداء المؤسسة الإقتصادية دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة لصناعة الأنابيبALFA PIPE- غرداية(جامعة غرداية/ كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2019) فاطمة الزهراء, بوشعالة; راضية, مصباحهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة و تأثيرها في تحسين أداء المؤسسة ، وهذا من مدخلين حديثين وهما إدارة الجودة الشاملة وأداء المؤسسة، ثم تطرقنا إلى أثر الجودة في تحسين الأداء و المتمثلة في التوجهات المتعددة والتوجه نحو السوق. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تصميم إستبانة للتعرف على تصورات الإطارات ومسيري مؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب الحلزونية pipe alfa بغرداية نحو دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين أداء حيث شملت الدراسة عينة بلغت 34 عامل و كان من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها وكان من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها : - إن مستوى إدراك إطارات ومسيري المؤسسة لمبادئ الجودة الشاملة وتطبيقها بدرجات ومستويات إيجابية متفاوتة و تشير هذه إلى زيادة التفهم ووعي من الإدارة العليا في مؤسسة pipe alfa لحجم التحديات التي تواجهها . - هناك تطبيق لتحسين الأداء في المؤسسة الأنابيب الجزائرية وحدة غرداية . - قد خلصت الدراسة إلى تقديم جملة من التوصيات أهمها : - زيادة الإهتمام و الوعي وضرورة تفعيل التعاوني بين الإدارة العليا و العاملين في تطبيق كافة أبعاد الجودة الشاملة، والقيام بدورات تدريبية في مجال إدارة الجودة لجميع الموظفين من مختلف المستويات. - يجب على إدارة المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب الحلزونية بعمل العديد من اللقاءات و الإجتماعات الدورية مع الموظفين و العاملين لديها لتوعيتهم وتثقيفهم بالجودة.Item بغرداية ALFA PIPE أثر إسترالتجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية في تنفيذ إدارة الجةدر الشاملة - در اسة حالة مؤسسة الأنابيب(جامعة غرداية / كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2016-06-06) إيمان, حاج قويدرNous avons abordé dans notre recherche cet effet et la relation entre chacune des ressources humaines qui se souciaient par de nombreux chercheurs dans ce stratégies de gestion sur le terrain, et la gestion de la qualité totale, et nous avons concentré nos recherches sur certaines de ces pratiques dans cette gestion (recrutement, la rémunération et la formation ). This study aims to recognize the extent of applying the pillar of total quality management in the Algerian company for the manufacture of pipeline "ALFA PIPE". It also aimed to examine whether the use of the total quality management system has an impact on improving the financial performance of the company. The public and private hospital sectors have a competitive strategy and the basis for a comprehensive management philosophy in the health sectors in general. Accordingly, through this study, we have identified the comprehensive feasibility management in the private health institution of the Oasis Clinic in Ghardaia, and the practical aspect was studied and 60 sample members of the study community were selected in the matter of the health sector of the Oasis Clinic, and hypotheses were tested and their results analyzed, and it became clear through Results: There is a strong positive correlation between the application of total quality management and the quality of health services in the private health institution of the Al-Wahat Clinic, and this was confirmed by analyzing the results of the questionnaire through the statistical analysis program Spss,And the emergence of a positive direct relationship with regard to the two variables (the independent total quality management - the quality of health services), which confirmed the validity and verification of the two hypotheses based on the existence of the application of the standards of total quality management and the quality of health services in the private health institution of the Oasis Clinic - Ghardaia.
