Item فاعلية التسويق الإلكتروني في المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة - دراسة ميدانية بالمنطقة الصناعية بغرداية(جامعة غرداية / كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2019-09-16) الطيب, بن بادةهدف هذا البحث إىل دراسة فعالية التسويق الالكتروني في المؤسسات الصغرية و المتوسطة ، حيث تم تسليط الضوء على مفهوم التسويق الالكاروني وأهم و مجالات استخدامه في المؤسسات الصغرية واملتوسطة، في حين تضمن الفصل التطبيقي دراسة مدى تأثري التسويق الالكتروني على النشاط التسويقي لعيينة من املؤسسات الصغرية و املتوسطة الناشطة يف املنطقة الصناعية لوالية غرداية. و لبلوغ هذا الهدف تم استخدام املنهج الاحصائي و التحليلي حبيث أخذت الدراسة على شكل استبيان تم توزيعه على مدراء املؤسسات المبحوثة و على أفراد العينة البحثية he purpose of this study is to study the effectiveness of e-marketing in small and medium enterprises, where we highlight the concept of e-marketing and its main characteristics and areas of use in small and medium enterprises. The applied chapter includes a study of the impact of e-marketing on marketing activity on small and medium enterprises Activist in the industrial area of Ghardaïa state. To achieve this goal, a qualitative and quantitative research methodology was used through the collection of qualitative data through interviews with the managers of the research institutions. The quantitative data was distributed to the members of the research sampleItem خدمات السياحة الإلكترونة ومقوماتها في الجزائر(جامعة غرداية, 2015) الراعي, فاطمةThis study aims to get to know the range of effect of websites in the deployment of e-tourism operations in the 2 given hotels: 1/ El-Djanoub Hotel in the Wilaya of Ghardaia and 2/ Lynatel Hotel in the Wilaya of Ouargla, through the use of modern means that play a role in internet, in informatics and communication technology. In order to get response, we made use of questionnaires as a tool to study the matter in such a way that the sample size reached 60 units. 70 questionnaires were distributed to the clients of the 2 hotels, wherewith 6 remained without response, whereas 4 were disqualified for lack of completion. 60 forms were used as a basis for analysis. The latter was carried out by the use of several statistical methods and tools. This study arrived at a whole set of conclusions. The most important of which are: the content of the site of the 2 hotels puts aside the services offered on the part of websites. The highest standards of excellence, having an impact on the services of e-tourism in the 2 hotels: El Djanoub in the Wilaya of Ghardaia and Lynatel in the Wilaya of Ouargla. Finally, to provide a set of proposals that aim to develop the field of web services in hotel establishment in Algeria under the frame of more and more rapid technological development
