Item مدى توافر أبعاد النضج الوظيفي دراسة حالة أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير جامعة غرداية(2024) نسرين, عجيلة; سيرين, رويجيهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى توافر أبعاد النضج الوظيفي (التخطيط الوظيفي- القدرة على اتخاذ القرار- القدرة على التفوق- التدريب الوظيفي-بلورة الاتجاهات بشأن العمل) لدى أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي للإلمام بكل الجوانب الأدبية لمفهوم وأبعاد النضج الوظيفي مع أسلوب دراسة الحالة ومجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية في الجانب التطبيقي، واستخدام أداة الاستبيان لتجميع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، حيث ثم توزيع إستبيان ورقي وإلكتروني، تم الحصول على 80 رد تمت معالجته وتحليله ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية spss، وقد تم الوصول إلى وجود تباين في توافر أبعاد النضج الوظيفي(التخطيط الوظيفي- القدرة على اتخاذ القرار- القدرة على التفوق- التدريب الوظيفي-بلورة الاتجاهات بشأن العمل)، بالإضافة الى عدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد العينة حول مدى توافر أبعاد النضج الوظيفي تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفيةThis study aimed to determine the availability of the dimensions of career maturity (career planning - the ability to make decisions - the ability to excel - job training - formulating attitudes about work) among professors of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaia, relying on the descriptive approach to familiarity with all literary aspects. The concept and dimensions of job maturity with the case study method and a set of statistical tools in the applied aspect, and the use of the questionnaire tool to collect data from the study sample, where then a paper and electronic questionnaire was distributed. 80 responses were obtained, which were processed and analyzed using the statistical package program SPSS, It was found that there was a discrepancy in the availability of the dimensions of career maturity (career planning - the ability to make decisions - the ability to excel - job training - developing attitudes about work), in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences between the answers of the sample members regarding the availability of the dimensions of maturity. Career is attributed to personal and functional variables..Item واقع إدارة الأزمات في مستشفيات القطاع العام دراسة ميدانية لبعض مستشفيات ولاية غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2016-05-21) عامرة, بن خليفةإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى معرفة واقع إدارة الأزمات في مستشفيات القطاع العا من وجهة نظر العاملين بها ، وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على مجموعة من المستشفيات العمومية بولاية بغرداية)ترشين إبراهيم 18فيفري، قضي بكير (، ولتقصي أراء المستجوبين حول الوعي بمفهوم و أهمية إدارة الأزمات ومدى توفر الدتطلبات اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات وأخيرا المعوقات التي تحول دون فعالية وعمل إدارة الأزمات بهذه الدستشفيات، و تم اعداد استبيانات وزعت على الدوظفتُ العاملتُ في الدستشفيات لزل الدراسة ، لاختبار الفرضيات وللئجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى لرموعة من النتائج ألعها : أف الدوظفتُ بالدستشفيات لزل الدراسة لديهم وعي تٔفهو وألعية إدارة الأزمات؛ لا تتوفر الدتطلبات اللبزمة و الخاصة بإدارة الأزمة في الدستشفيات لزل الدراسة؛ توجد بعض الدعوقات التي تٖوؿ وعمل إدارة الأزمات في الدستشفيات لزل الدراسة . وقد أوصت الدراسة تٔجموعة من التوصيات ألعها: ضرورة إنشاء وحدة مستقلة لإدارة الأزمات في الإدارة العليا وتتبع في نفس الوقت الإدارة العليا في قراراتها وتكوف مسؤولة بشكل مباشر عن علبج الأزمات الدختلفة مع توفتَ أناس مؤىلتُ في إدارة الأزمات لذذه الوحدة. توفير وتدريب وتنظيم دورات تثقيفية وورشات عمل متخصصة في إدارة الأزمات للعاملتُ لزيادة وعيهم بإدارة الازمات This study aims to identify trends in working around the reality of crisis management in public sector hospitals, this study has been applied to a range of public hospitals of ghardaia (Tarchin Ibrahim, 18 February, gueddi bakir), and to explore the views of respondents on the awareness of the concept and importance of crisis management and availability requirements For crisis management and finally the obstacles to effective crisis management work in this hospital, and was Questionnaires were distributed to employees working in hospitals under consideration, to test hypotheses.And to answer the questions of the study, and the study had found a set of results: that the hospital staff replaced the aware study the concept and importance of crisis management; requirements and not available for crisis management in the hospitals studied; there are some Obstacles and crisis management work in hospitals under consideration. The study recommended a series of recommendations including: need to establish an independent unit to senior management and crisis management track at the same time top management In their decisions and be directly responsible for treating various crises with qualified people in the Department Crises of this unit. provide training and educational courses and workshops specialized in crisis management to increase Awareness of the crisis management.Item أثر البيئة التنافسية على التخطيط الاستراتيجي التسويقي في المؤسسة - دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة نفطال(جامعة غرداية / كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2018-06-19) يوسف, أولاد العربيCette étude vise à clarifier le rôle de l'impact de l'environnement concurrentiel sur la planification stratégique de l’entreprise, et la plupart des entreprises cherchent à diagnostiquer leur environnement de manière efficiente et efficace afin de maintenir leurs forces et identifier les faiblesses de l'environnement interne et saisir les opportunités et éviter les menaces dans l'environnement externe, et les implications de cette analyse sur la planification stratégique dans notre étude. Nous avons adopté un questionnaire comportant des questions liées à deux axes, chacun influencé par les hypothèses de l'étude, distribué au niveau de la Fondation Naftal pour l'état de Ghardaïa, dans le programme SPSS 20, le programme EXCEL2010, le t_test Independent_Samples pour les hypothèses , le coefficient de corrélation Persson, le test de régression et les dernières différences en utilisant l'ANOVA. Enfin, notre étude a conclu avec un certain nombre de résultats ce qui la Fondation Naftal à Ghardaïa est consciente de l'importance de la planification stratégique et l'importance de l'environnement concurrentiel dans le développement de naftal .
