Item قياس جودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسات الإستشفائية العمومية دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بمتليلي(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2023) أم الخير, حمزةهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بمتليلي ، و ذلك من خلال قياس مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة فيها، وقياس مدى توفر أبعاد جودة الخدمة الصحية حسب مقياس الفجوات SERVQUAL ، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في بناء الإطار النظري، ودراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، تمثل المجتمع الإحصائي في العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بمتليلي والمرضى الذين يتلقون خدمات صحية منها ، تم اختيار 56 فرد كعينة وزع عليهم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات الخام ، ثم استخدمنا برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS نسخة 26 لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها. وتوصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى وجود مستوى متوسط لجودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسة وفق كل من:بعد الملموسية، بعد الاعتمادية، بعد الاستجابة، بعد الأمان من وجهة نظر الموظفين و المرضى، كما أسفرت عن وجود مستوى مرتفع لجودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسة وفق بعد التعاطف مع المرضى من وجهة نظر الموظفين و المرضى، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة عموما إلى وجود مستوى متوسط لجودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية من وجهة نظر الموظفين والمرضى. This study aimed to identify the reality of health services in the public hospital institution in Metlili, by measuring the level of quality of health services provided in it, and measuring the availability of health service quality dimensions according to the SERVQUAL gap scale, where we relied on the descriptive approach in building the theoretical framework, and the case study on the applied side, representing the statistical population in the employees of the public hospital institution in Mitlili and patients who receive health services from it, 80 individuals were selected as a sample The questionnaire was distributed to them as a tool to collect raw data, and then we used the SPSS version 26 statistical package software to process and analyze the data. The study found in its results that there is an average level of quality of health services in the institution according to: after tangible, after reliability, after response, after safety from the point of view of employees and patients, and resulted in a high level of quality of health services in the institution according to the dimension of empathy with patients from the point of view of employees and patients, and the results of the study generally indicated that there is an average level of quality of health services in the public hospital institution from the point of view of employees and patientsItem جودة خدمات النوافد الإسلامية وأثرها على رضا الزبائن دراسة حالة بنك الجزائر الخارجي "وكالة غرداية"رقم 028(جامعة غرداية / كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2023) عبد النور, شريفإن الهدف الأساسي الذي جاء به بحثنا هو تسليط الضوء على قياس أثر جودة خدمات النوافدالإسلاميةعلى رضاالعميل، حيث إستندت هذه الدراسة إلىإطار نظري خاص بجودة خدمات النوافدالإسلاميةورضا العميل للمساهمة في تحليل وتفسير النتائج المتوصل اليها وذلك بإعتمادعلى برنامجSPSS إصدارV22كما تم توزيع استبيان على عينة من زبائن البنك الخارجي الجزائري غرداية وقد خلصت الدراسة أنه يوجد أثر دال إحصائيا لجوانب جودة خدمات نوافدالإسلامية المتمثلة في (الإعتمادية، الملموسية، الإستجابة، الأمان، التعاطف) على رضا العملاء بالبنك الخارجي الجزائري BEA محل الدراسة بولاية غرداية،كما ضم البحثمجموعة من التوصيات هدفها تحسين جودة خدمات النوافدالإسلامية في البنك الخارجي الجزائريThe primary goal of our research is to shed light on measuring the impact of the quality of Windows Islamic services on customer satisfaction. This study was based on a theoretical framework for the quality of Windows Islamic services and customer satisfaction to contribute to the analysis and interpretation of the results obtained, based on the SPSS program, version V22. It was also distributed A questionnaire on a sample of customers of the Algerian External Bank of Ghardaia. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of the aspects of Windows Islamic service quality represented by (reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, security, empathy) on customer satisfaction at the Algerian External Bank BEA, the study site in the state of Ghardaia. The research also included A set of recommendations aimed at improving the quality of Windows Islamic services at the Algerian Foreign Bank.Item تقييم استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي -دراسة حالة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسييرغرداية(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024-06-11) سامية, رحموني; آسيا, بن عودةتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير- جامعة غرداية،تماستخدام المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعلومات النظرية، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث وزعت 41 استبانة على عينة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والتحقق من فرضياته، وتم معالجة وتحليل بياناتالاستبيان باستعمال الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة المتمثلة في برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمهاتواجد علاقة طردية موجبة بين المتغيرين، وتبين عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياعلى الاستبانة تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية عدا الرتبة الوظيفية، بينما وجد أثر لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على جودة التعليم العالي بالكلية محل الدراسة، ومن أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة إنشاء شبكات تواصل مع مختلف الجامعات داخل وخارج الوطن لتبادل الخبرات والمعارف في طرق استخدام التكنولوجيا في التعليم، وضرورة الاهتمام أكثر بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وتوفير متطلباتهاThis study aims to the role of information and communication technology in enhancing the quality of higher education within the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaïa.a descriptive approach was employed to gather theoretical insights.A questionnaire was utilized as the primary data collection tool, with 41 questionnaires distributed among faculty members to achieve the study's objectives and validate its hypotheses. The collected data was processed and analyzed it using appropriate statistical methods such as the SPSS software package "Statistical Package for the Social Sciences". The results indicate a positive correlation between ICT utilization and educational quality, with no statistical discrepancies observed across personal variables, except at the functional level. While acknowledging the impact of ICT on higher education quality, the study recommends, among other measures, the establishment of networks with various universities within and outside the country to facilitate the exchange of experiences and knowledge on integrating technology in education. The current study aimed to identify the effect of using electronic means on improving the quality of banking services in a sample of the clients of the Local Development Bank - Ghardaia Agency - by highlighting the extent of their use of electronic means, as the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool dependent on the statistical program (SPSS) in data collection Finally, we concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the electronic means and the quality of banking services in the agency under study.Item دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية ببلدية سبسب ولاية غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2021) أحمد, جقاوةهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي التكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، توضيح خصائص تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي للخدمة العمومية وتحديد تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الخدمة العمومية ببلدية سبسب ولاية غرداية، وقد استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع المعلومات والمقابلة وتحليل معطيات المؤسسة كآداة للدراسة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: هناك واقع لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ببلدية سبسب ولاية غرداية هناك استخدام الادارة الالكترونية والرقمنة في استخراج وثائق ادارية، نوفر مجموعة تجهيزات إلكترونية متطورة لها أهمية بالغة في تحقيق تطوير في البلدية وفي تحسين الخدمات المقدمة من طرفها. ان بلدية سبسب تسعى دائما لتقديم خدماتها للمواطنين بالاعتماد على تكنلوجيا معلومات واتصال حديثة ومتطورة تضمن للمواطنين الراحة في استخراج الوثائق وتلبية حاجياتهم بأسهل وأسرع الطرق، الخدمات المقدمة من طرف البلدية خاضعة لتطورات وتحسينات وفقا للقانون الجزائري الذي دائما يسعى لتوفير الوسائل المساهمة باي شكل من الاشكال في تسريع وتوفير الخدمات اللازمة للمواطنينThis study aimed at defining the conceptual framework of information and communication technology, clarifying the characteristics of information and communication technology, defining the conceptual framework for the public service and determining the impact of information and communication technology on the public service in the municipality of Sebseb, state of Ghardaia. The services provided by the municipality are subject to developments and improvements in accordance with Algerian law, which always seeks to provide the means to contribute in any way to speed and providing necessary services to citizens.Item التقييم الذاتي لميدان الحوكمة وفق المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة الداخلية ودوره في تحقيق التدقيق الداخلي لمؤسسات التعليم العالي - دراسة حالة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية و التجارية والعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2019-06-15) زينب, نسيلتهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى تصور عملية التدقيق الداخلي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي عن طريق التقييم الذاتي للنظام الداخلي لكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية عن طريق خلية ضمان الجودة ، وذلك وفق المرجعية الوطنية لضمان الجودة الداخلية بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات المحلية والدولية . ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الد ا رسة والإجابة على الأسئلة المطروحة تم اعتماد استمارة التقييم الذاتي التي تم تصميمها وفق المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة الداخلية ) RNAQES ( وذلك من أجل التعرف على مدى تبني الكلية محل الد ا رسة لأبعاد الحوكمة باعتبارها أحد الميادين المدرجة في المرجع الوطني، كما تم الاعتماد في جمع البيانات أيضا على أداة المقابلة مع المسؤول الأول في الكلية وذلك من أجل تدعيم ومناقشة النتائج المتوصل إليها. وخلصت الد ا رسة إلى أن هناك مساهمة إيجابية لانتهاج التقييم الذاتي لأبعاد الحوكمة لتحقيق عملية التدقيق الداخلي ، كما تم تقييم نظام الجودة الداخلية للكلية وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف فيها والذي يعتبر أحد مهام التدقيق الداخلي ، كما أوصت الد ا رسة على ضرورة تفعيل دور خلية ضمان الجودة وإد ا رجها ضمن الهيكل التنظيمي للكلية و إعطائها الاستقلالية والحياد والحصانة القانونية ، وعلى القيادات أيضا تبني ثقافة وأبعاد الجودة والتكوين المستمر لأف ا رد أو أ عضاء الأسرة الجامعية ، مع تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الجامعات .Item متطلبات تدقيق جودة التعليم العالي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من آراء الموظفين الأكادميين والإداريين(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2017) فاطيمة, مولاي عمرThe aim of this study is to identify the necessary requirements for auditing the quality of higher education. This study was implemented at Ghardaia University by selecting a sample of 30 administrative and academic staff. The questionnaire was used as a tool to study and analyze its results using the spss program to process and find duplicates and percentages to describe the study community and determine their responses. To study the Alkronbach index for testing and to measure the validity and validity of the hypotheses and the correlation coefficient (R). The study found the following results: - The first hypothesis is that there is a strong positive correlation between the quality of the higher education quality checkers and the requirements of quality education audit. - Regarding the second hypothesis, which states that there is a weak positive relationship between the provision of objectivity and independence to perform the task of auditing the quality of higher education and the requirements of quality audit of higher education. - Regarding the third hypothesis that there is a weak positive relationship between the requirements related to the work of the quality audit department of higher education. - In relation to the fourth hypothesis, which states that there is no relationship between the provision of a strong internal control system that helps to audit the quality of higher education and the requirements of auditing the quality of higher education. -Regarding the fifth hypothesis that there is no relationship between the establishment of a legislative framework to control the quality of education in the universities of Algeria and the requirements for auditing the quality of higher educationItem دور التدقيق الداخلي في ضبط الجودة بالمؤسسات الإقتصادية - دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2016) جمال الدين, عريواتهدفت هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي الى التعرف على التدقيق الداخلي والدور الكبير الذي يلعبه في ضبط الجودة في الدؤسسات الاقتصادية الحاصلة على شهادة الايزو 9001 ، وكذلك التعرف على مدى التزام الدؤسسات الاقتصادية بتبتٍ اساليب ومعايتَ جديدة من أجل ضبط جودتها وبرقيق أىدافها وذلك من اجل البقاء والاستمرار في السوق. ولتحقيق أىداف الد ا رسة واختبار فرضياتها فقد اعتمدت الد ا رسة على البيانات الأولية والثانوية حيث صممت استبانة تتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة وأىدافها وقد تم اعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات لمجموعة من الدؤسسات الاقتصادية الحاصلة على شهادة الايزو 9001 بكل من ولاية عتُ الدفلى وولاية الددية، وبعد جمع استمارات الاستبيان وتفريغها ومعالجتها باستعمال البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS ،) نسخة ) 19 واستخدام لرموعة من الادوات الاحصائية )التكرارات، الدتوسط الحسابي، الالضراف الدعياري،....( وخلصت الدراسة إلذ جملة نتائج ألعها : ان للتدقيق الداخلي العية كبتَة في ضبط الجودة داخل الدؤسسة من خلبل الدعلومات التي تكون عبارة عن معلومات واضحة ودقيقة في الأوقات الدناسبة، التي تعد من أىم الوسائل التي تعتمد عليها الإدارة العليا في ابزاذ ق رارات؛ يعتبر التدقيق الداخلي وظيفة اساسية داخل الدؤسسات بهدف حماية اصول الدؤسسة من الاختلبسات والتلبعبات والاخطاء على الدستوى الداخلي وبالتالر إظهار الثغرات السلبية للمؤسسة؛ Cette étude visait principalement à identifier l'audit interne du rôle important qu'il joue dans le contrôle de la qualité en remportant ISO 9001 institutions économiques, ainsi que pour déterminer l'étendue des institutions économiques engagement à adopter de nouvelles normes et méthodes de contrôle de la qualité et à atteindre leurs objectifs afin de survivre dans le marché Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude et des tests d'hypothèses, l'étude fondée sur des données primaires et secondaires, qui est conçu pour identifier en rapport avec le sujet de l'étude et ses objectifs ont été adoptés au questionnaire comme un outil pour recueillir des données pour une série de développements économiques et des institutions sur la certification ISO 9001 dans l'ensemble de l'état de Ain Defla et l'état de Medea, après la collecte des questionnaires et déchargées et traitées en utilisant le programme statistique SPSS version (19), et IV l'utilisation d'un ensemble d'outils statistiques (doublons, la moyenne arithmétique, écart-type, .... ) l'étude a conclu que, parmi les résultats les plus importants : L'audit interne d'une grande importance dans la qualité au sein de l'accord de l'institution à travers l'information qui est une information claire et précise au moment opportun, ce qui est l'un des moyens les plus importants qui en dépendent la haute direction de prendre des décisions ; considéré comme fonction interne essentielle d'audit au sein des institutions en vue de protéger les actifs de l'institution de détournement de fonds et les fraudes et les erreurs au niveau national et de démontrer les écarts négatifs de l'institution ainsi ; Département Contrôle de la qualité travaille pour atteindre les objectifs l'institution afin d'obtenir des produits de haute qualité. يعمل قسم ضبط الجودة على برقيق اىدف الدؤسسة وذلك للوصول الذ منتجات ذات جودة عالية.Item أثر إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق التعليم العالي - دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2020) مريم, لمنيعيThis study was conducted with the aim of identifying the extent of the impact of knowledge management on achieving the quality of higher education from the point of view of a sample of Ghardaia professors. To reach the goals of the study, we relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical side. As for the applied aspect, we relied on the inductive approach. Statistics were collected using the questionnaire tool from various colleges at the Universit of Ghardaia, who numbered 467 professors. 100 were chosen randomly as a sample and the questionnaire approved in this study was distributed. 67 questionnaires were returned, or 67%, all of which are valid for study and investigation. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship at the significance level x <0.05 between knowledge management and achieving the quality of higher education at the University of Ghardaia. There were also statistically significant differences attributable to personal factors (gender, experience, job rank, and college) in achieving the quality of higher education. University of GhardaiaItem أثر أخلاقيات المهنة على جودة الخدمات العمومية من وجهة نظر الزبائن دراسة حالة مستشفى العقيد محمد شعباني بالمنيعة(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2018) فاطيمة, محمدة; فاطمة الزهراء, بورقعةهتدف هذه الدراسة إىل معرفة أثر أخالقيات املهنة على جودة اخلدمات العمومية من وجهة نظر الزابئن وطبقت هذه الدراسة على مستشفى العقيد حممد شعباين ابملنيعة ، وذلك من خالل تصميم اإلستبيان كأداة جلمع املعلومات ومث إختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 60 زبون موزعة على عدد من املصاحل الصحية ابملؤسسة ، وقد مث مجعها وتفريغها وحتليلها ابستخدام بر انمج احلزم اإلحصائية للعلوم اإلجتماعية SPSS( النسخة رقم 20) واإلستعانة بربانمج Excel هبدف معاجلة البياانت وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة : تبين أفراد عينة الدراسة ألخالقيات املهنة بدرجة مرتفعة دلت على وجود عالقة طردية ضعيفة ذات ذاللة إحصائية بني أبعاد أخالقيات املهنة وجودة اخلدمات يف املؤسسة اإلستشفائية ، وأوصت الدراسة: إىل ضرورة إحرتام نظام األخالقيات املهنة داخل املؤسسة واإللتزام هبا ، توفري مناصب شغل داخل املؤسسة من أجل تفادي الضغط لدى املوظف. Cette étude vise à identifier l'impact de l'éthique professionnelle sur la qualité des services publics du point de vue des clients et a appliqué cette étude à l'hôpital du Colonel Mohammed Shaabani Mania Pour atteindre cet objectif, puis utiliser l'approche descriptive pour présenter l'arrière-plan théorique du sujet, comme pour le côté terrain, puis s'appuyer sur la méthode de l'étude de cas L'étude a été menée à travers la conception du questionnaire en tant qu'outil de collecte d'informations, puis en sélectionnant un échantillon aléatoire de 60 clients répartis sur un certain nombre de départements de la santé dans l'institution.
