    أثر تكامل سلسلة الأمداد على الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الغقتصادية - دراسة حالة مؤسسة AGRODIV فرع الأغواط للحبوب

    This thesis examines the relationship between supply chain integration andتناولت هذه الأطروحة دراسة العلاقة بين تكامل سلسلة الامداد والميزة التنافسية في مؤسسة AGRODIVفرع الاغواط للحبوب. حيث تم تحديد ثلاث مكونات لتكامل سلسلة الإمداد وهي: التكامل مع المورد، التكامل مع الزبون، والتكامل الداخلي. وأربعة أبعاد بالنسبة للميزة التنافسية وهي: التكلفة، الجودة، المرونة والتسليم.الدراسة شملت عينة من 84 عامل في المؤسسة من أربع ولايات هي الاغواط، الجلفة، سعيدة ومعسكر. حيث تم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبيان وتحليلها باستخدام النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية بطريقة المربعات الصغرى الجزئية PLS- SEMعبر برنامج SmartPLS 4. وأظهرت النتائج أن تكامل سلسلة الامداد له تأثير إيجابي على الميزة التنافسية، وكذلك التكامل مع المورد والتكامل مع الزبون. بينما لم يكن للتكامل الداخلي تأثير معنوي على الميزة التنافسية.توصي الدراسة بأن تعزز المؤسسة اهتمامها بتكامل سلسلة الامداد، وهذا بالاعتماد على تكنولوجيات المعلومات الحديثة. ومن المهم بالنسبة للمؤسسة أن تعمل على تحسين التكامل مع الموردين والزبائن لتعزيز جودة المنتجات والمرونة،وكذاتقليل التكاليف وزمن التسليم. وان تطوير العلاقات مع الموردين والزبائن وداخليا بين أقسامها يمكن أن يكون عنصرًا حاسمًا في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة competitive advantage in AGRODIV filial de cereal de Laghouat. Three components of supply chain integration were identified: supplier integration, customer integration, and internal integration. and four dimensions of competitive advantage: cost, quality, flexibility, and delivery. The study included a sample of 84 employees from the company across four provinces: Laghouat, Djelfa, Saida, and Mascara. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that supply chain integration has a positive impact on competitive advantage, as well as supplier integration and customer integration. However, internal integration did not have a significant effect on competitive advantage. The study recommends that the company should enhance its focus on supply chain IV integration, relying on modern information technologies. It is important for the company to improve integration with suppliers and customers to enhance product quality and flexibility, as well as reduce costs and delivery time. Developing relationships with suppliers, customers, and internally among its departments can be a crucial element in strengthening the company's competitive advantage

    أثر إدارة معرفة الزبون في تطوير جودة الخدمات المصرفية دراسة حالة عينة من البنوك بولاية غرداية

    تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأثر القائم بين إدارة معرفة الزبون وتطوير جودة الخدمات المصرفية في عينة من بنوك ولاية غرداية، وقد اعت مدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتصميم استبيانين واحدة موجهة لموظفي البنوك والخاصة بإدارة مع رفة الزبون والثانية موجهة للزبائن خاصة بتطوير جودة الخدمات المصرفية، وقد خلصت ال دراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج توصي باهتمام البنوك بالقيام بدورات تدريبية للموظفين تمكنهم من زيادة كفاءته م، وك ذا العمل على تحسين جودة الخدمات والمنتجات المقدمة. كما أوصت الدراسة على العمل على الجانب النفسي السلوكي للزبون وتحسيسه بالقيمة لدى البنك والعمل دائما على إرضاءه وتلبية رغباته The study aims to identify the impact between managing customer knowledge and developing the quality of banking services in a sample of banks in the state of Ghardaia. Banking, and the study concluded with a set of results recommending the interest of banks in conducting training courses for employees that enable them to increase their efficiency, and also work to improve the quality of services and products provided. The study also recommended working on the psychological and behavioral side of the customer, making him feel the value of the bank, and always working to satisfy him and fulfill his desires.
