    Aucun doute que la formation continue et efficace contribue à accroître les nouvelles connaissances aux employés, à acquérir des compétences qui les aident à s'adapter aux développements technologiques, ainsi qu'à acquérir leur confiance en soi et leurs capacités, les rendant inventives inlassablement. Dans ce contexte، l'objectif de cette étude est de mettre en évidence le concept de formation en tant que un mécanisme de développement de la performance des employés au sein d'une entreprise économique, et sa composition, ses types et l'importance de la formation, ainsi que sa relation avec le développement des employés . afin de renforcer la capacité de l'entreprise de faire face aux changements technologiques et à la préssion concurrentielle dans son marché. Concernant le coté pratique ، nous avons choisi le group du Sonlagaz à Ghardaïa, pour tester la validité des hypothèses de recherche et répondre au problème posé par l'interview, un questionnaire a été conçu et distribué sur un échantillon aléatoire. On a recueillir 61 questionnaires . Les échantillons ont été analysés statistiquement à l'aide du programme spss v22.La signification statistique à α (0,839) indique la stabilité du questionnaire. La conclusion est que la formation est un élément nécessaire et important dans l'entreprise pour améliorer la performance de ses employés.

    اليقظة التكنولوجية كأداة لتطوير أداء مؤسسات البحث العلمي في الجزائر حالة وحدة البحث التطبيقي في الطاقات المتجددة بغرداية

    دف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور اليقظة التكنولوجية في تحسين أداء مؤسسات البحث 􀄓 العلمي وذلك من خلال محاولة إثبات الفرضية المتمثلة في أن وجود خلية يقظة في مؤسسة البحث العلمي تساهم بشكل ايجابي في تحسين أداء هذه المؤسسات, و الخروج بتوصيات على ذا الجانب, كما تشمل الدراسة التعرف على أثر سنوات الخبرة و المؤهل العلمي 􀄑 دة الاهتمام 􀊮 ز و الدرجة الوظيفية على مستوى اليقظة. وقد استخدمنا في بحثنا المنهج الوصفي في الجانب التطبيقي وذلك من خلال توزيع استبيان على عينة قصدية تشمل كل أفراد مجتمع الباحثين في وحدة البحث محل الدراسة و البالغ لإضافة إلى المقابلة والملاحظة. 􀊪 حث حيث مثل هذا العدد مجتمع الدراسة 􀊪 عددهم 77 نسخة 22 توصلت الدراسة الى جملة نتائج أهمها: spss مج 􀊭 ستخدام بر 􀊪 وبعد تحليل الاستبيان -توجد خلية بحث في وحدة البحث محل الدراسة - هناك علاقة ايجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اليقظة التكنولوجية وتميز أداء مؤسسات البحث العلمي. و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع أساليب فعالة للحماية من القرصنة و العمل على لجانب العلمي, 􀊪 اختيار المصادر الأكثر مصداقية في تعقب و جمع المعلومة خاصة ما تعلق منها انية أو الرخيصة حيث لا توفر الحماية الكافية في أحسن 􀄐 و عدم الاكتفاء ببرامج الحماية ا ا برامج لاختراق الأنظمةThis study aims at emphasizing the role of technological vigilance in improving the performance of scientific research institutions through trying to establish the hypothesis that says that the presence of a vigilant cell in scientific research institutions contributes positively to improving the performance of these institutions. The study aims as well at coming up with recommendations to increase interest in this aspect. The study includes the recognition of the impact of years of experience, qualification and degree of work at the level of vigilance. In our research we used the descriptive approach in the practical part through distributing a questionnaire on an intentional sample that included all the researchers in the research unit in question represented in 77 individual and this number embodies the study community in addition to interview and observation. After analyzing the questionnaire using the SPSS Program version 22, the study resulted in a number of results the main ones are:  There is a vigilant cell in the research unit under this study.  There is a positive relationship with a statistical indication between technological vigilance and the distinctive performance of the scientific research institutions. The study recommends the necessity of placing effective methods for protection against piracy and work on choosing the most credible sources in tracking and gathering the information especially from a scientific perspective. The study also recommends not being contented with free and/or cheap antivirus antispyware as these do not provide protection in best case scenario let alone being system intrusion software.
