Item تقييم فعالية مخطط الاعمال في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة – الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) مريم, جعنيتطرقت هذه الدراسة إلى فعالية مخطط الأعمال كأداة استراتيجية لتحسين فرص نجاح المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، مع التركيز على دور الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية في الجزائر. تناولنا في البداية التعريف بالمؤسسات الناشئة وأهميتها الاقتصادية، ثم قمنا بتحليل مكونات مخطط الأعمال من الجوانب التقنية والمالية والتنظيمية، ومدى توافقها مع النتائج المحققة ميدانيًا. كما ركزنا على آليات تقييم المشاريع المعتمدة لدى الوكالة والفجوة المسجلة بين التخطيط والتنفيذ. اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ودراسة الحالة، واستعنّا بمقابلة شبه موجهة مع أحد الفاعلين الميدانيين لجمع بيانات نوعية داعمة للتحليل. وانتهت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات تهدف إلى تحسين أداء منظومة الدعم المقاولاتي في الجزائر This study examined the effectiveness of the business plan as a strategic tool for improving the success chances of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), focusing on the role of the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship in Algeria. We first defined startups and their economic importance, then analyzed the components of the business plan from a technical, financial, and organizational perspective, and their compatibility with the results achieved in the field. We also focused on the agency's project evaluation mechanisms and the gap between planning and implementation. The study relied on a descriptive approach and a case study, and utilized a semi-structured interview with a field actor to collect qualitative data to support the analysis. The study concluded with a set of findings and recommendations aimed at improving the performance of the entrepreneurial support system in AlgeriaItem دوردراسةالجدوى الأقتصادية في التنمية المحلية للمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة - مع دراسة حالة منشأة كمال الأجسام بولاية غرداية الفترة 2017-2020(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2020) علال, رهيوي; عادل, غريقةإن غاية من البحث هو معرفة دور الذي تلعبه دراسة الجدوى الأقتصادية في المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة في أتخاد صناعة قرار الإستثماري حيث يمكننا من تعرف على أهمية الجدوى الإقتصادية و أهمية تطبيقها على ارض الواقع و العوامل المتحكمة فيها،و التعرف أيض ا على المعايير المستخدمة في المفاضلة بين مختلف المشاريع وقد تمحورت الإشكالية الرئيسة للبح ث ما دور دراسة الجدوى الإقتصادية في تحقيق التنمية للمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة في صناعة قرار لمنشأة كمال الأجسام ، وعلى هذا الاساس قمنا بأختيار قاعة كمال الأجسام بولاية غرداية كعينة لدراسة حالة . حيث لخص ت دراسة الجدوى الإقتصادية هي أداة لها دور في عملية تقييم و معرفة مدى صلاحية المشروع الاستثماري،و تعتبر عملية التقييم أساس فشل أو نجاح المشروع الاستثماري .أذن فدراسة الجدوى لها دور فعال في إتخاد قرار الإستثماري الرشيدThe purpose of the research is to know the role that the economic feasibility study plays in small and medium enterprises in making an investment decision, as we can know the importance of economic feasibility and the importance of its application on the ground and the factors controlling it. And also to identify the criteria used in the differentiation between the various projects. The main problem of the research revolved around what is the role of the economic feasibility study in achieving development for small and medium enterprises in making a decision for a bodybuilding facility, and on this basis we chose a bodybuilding facility in the state of Ghardaia as a sample for a case study. The study concluded that the economic feasibility study is a tool that has a role in the process of evaluating and knowing the validity of the investment project, and the evaluation process is the basis for the failure or success of the investment project. So, the feasibility study has an effective role in making a rational investment decision
