Item دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الاداء المالي للمؤسسات الخدماتية دراسة حالة : مؤسسة موبيليس – غرداية نموذجا(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية والعلوم التسيير, 2024) بوزيد, موسى; أكرم أمين, رزاقهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوءموضوعين رئيسيين وهامين في مجال العمل والتوظيف، وهما تكنولوجيا المعلومات، حيث تم التطرق إليهملنظرة شاملة ومتعمقة لكل منها، مع تسليط الضوء على يتناول الفصل الأول كل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات، حيث يغطي تعريفها ومراحل تطورها المختلفة وخصائصها وأقسامها، كما تم التطرق أبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وأهميتها، وأهدافها، وآثارها على المنظمات ، وتم التطرق أيضا نظرة عامة حول الأداء المالي ، تعريفه، وتم تسليط الضوء على أهميته وأهدافه ومؤشراته وعوامل تأثيره وأثر تقييمه على الفرد والمؤسسة. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين داخل قطاع وكالة شركة موبيليس، وقد تم اختيار 45 عينة منهم بطريقة عشوائية كعينة، وقد بلغ عدد الاستمارات الموزعة50 استمارة بما نسبته 100%، وتمإلغاء 05 من الاستبيانات نظرا لعدم الإجابة عليها، أي بما نسبته 05%، وتم استرجاع 45 استبيان صالح لتحليل ، أي بما نسبته 95.00%. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجزء النظري والتحليلي في الجزء التطبيقي، والتأكد من مدى وجود علاقة تؤثر من خلالها العناصر المشكلة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على الأداء المالي للعينة محل الدراسة . توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة، أبرزها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأداء المالي من وجهة نظر موظفي قطاع شركة موبيليس ، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأداء المالي بنفس السياق ، كما تبين أن هناك أثراً ذو دلالة إحصائية لمساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الأداء المالي من وجهة نظر موظفي شركة موبيليس في غرداية، سواء عند النظر إلى تكنولوجيا المعلومات كمجمل أو عند تحليل أبعادها المختلفة. وكشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول مدى مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الأداء المالي تعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية مثل الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، وسنوات الأقدمية لدى موظفي شركة موبيليس في غرداية. ، بناء على النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، توصي بضرورة تعزيز استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في شركة موبيليس، خاصة في قطاع غرداية، لتحسين الأداء الماليThis study sheds light on two crucial topics in the realm of employment and human resources: Information Technology and Financial Performance. The first chapter offers a comprehensive and in-depth overview of Information Technology, covering its definition, evolutionary stages, characteristics, and components. It also delves into the dimensions, significance, objectives, and organizational impacts of Information Technology. The chapter further provides a general perspective on Financial Performance, including its definition, importance, objectives, indicators, influencing factors, and the implications of performance evaluation on both individuals and the institution. The study's population comprised employees from the Mobilis Company Agency sector, with a randomly selected sample of 45 individuals. A total of 50 questionnaires were distributed, representing a 100% response rate. However, 5 surveys were excluded due to incomplete responses, resulting in a 5% exclusion rate. Consequently, 45 valid surveys were retrieved for analysis, reflecting a 95.00% valid response rate. The descriptive approach was employed in the theoretical aspect, while the analytical method was utilized in the applied portion of the study. This allowed for an examination of the extent to which the elements comprising Information Technology influence the financial performance of the study's subject matter. The study yielded significant findings, notably revealing a statistically significant relationship between Information Technology and financial performance from the perspective of Mobilis Company employees. Additionally, the results indicated a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of Information Technology and financial performance within the same context. The findings further highlighted a statistically significant impact of Information Technology on enhancing financial performance, as perceived by Mobilis Company employees in Ghardaia. This impact holds true when considering both Information Technology as a whole and when analyzing its various dimensions. The study also uncovered statistically significant differences in perceptions regarding the contribution of Information Technology, which could be attributed to personal variables such as gender, age, educational level, and seniority among Mobilis Company employees in Ghardaia. Based on the study's findings, it is recommended to reinforce the utilization of Information Technology within Mobilis Company, particularly in the Ghardaia sector, to enhance financial performance.Item دور تكنولوجيا المعمومات في تحقيق الأداء المتميز "د راسة حالة بجامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2020-09-23) خديجة, لهواجيOur study aims to highlight the role of information technology in achieving outstanding performance, through the contribution of information technology in summarizing the digital data of any organization and helping it to discover errors and correct them by using specific software and networks, as well as working to update, develop and improve the performance of institutions. In our study, we relied on the descriptive approach in building the theoretical framework and case study in the practical side, and we also relied on the questionnaire that included questions related to the study variables, and 60 individuals were selected to whom a questionnaire was distributed as a tool for data collection, so that the study was conducted on a sample that included the staff of professors at the University of Ghardaia In the analysis, we relied on the data of the questionnaires on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (Spss) and the electronic spreadsheet program (Excel). The data were also analyzed using basic compounds (Acp(. Finally, our study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of an impact relationship and a role for information technology, which is reflected in the optimal use of its various components in achieving the dimensions of outstanding performance and their impact on educational results, focusing on the customer, as well as focusing on human resources results, leadership, governance, and even budget results, financial and market results. The study recommended the need for the institution under study to pay attention to its financial and human resources and the need for interest and development for the skills of workers, including professors and administrative staff, and an interest in measuring and evaluating performance to achieve the desired resultsItem مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء محافظي الحسابات في الجزائر(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2021) محمد, باكرهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء محافظي الحسابات في الجزائر، وتحديدا في مكاتب التدقيق بولاية ورقلة، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي باعتباره الأنسب للإجابة على إشكاليتها التي تتمحور أساسا حول معرفة أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء محافظي الحسابات في ولاية ورقلة. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة، حيث تم توزيع 50 استمارة ورقيا والكترونيا على عينة الدراسة المكونة من محافظي الحسابات والخبراء المحاسبيين، وبعد عملية الفرز SPSS والتبويب تم الإبقاء على 35 استبانة صالحة للد راسة والتحليل، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية 26 لإجراء التحليل الإحصائي المناسب لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة والوصول إلى الهدف المطلوب. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات تأثير في تحسن أداء محافظي الحسابات في شقه المتعلق بمراقبة النظام المحاسبي ونظام الضبط الداخلي، وكذا المعلومة المالية، ولتكنولوجيا المعلومات الأثر أيضا في تحسن أداء محافظي الحسابات من حيث تدقيق الالتزام بالقوانين والأوامر الداخلية والنظم الخارجية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز إدراك محافظي الحسابات بأهمية استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في عملية التدقيق ودورها في الحصول على أدلة ذات جودة عالية.This study aimed to hilight the contribution of information's technology to improve account keepers’ performance in Algeria especially in audit offices in Ouragla ‘s willaya which the descriptive and analytical method used as the most appropriate answer to its problems that mainly revolves around the knowledge of the impact of information technology to develop the performance of account keeper in willaya of Ouargla.The study too was the questionnaire,which distrubuted 50 papers as form of electrinic to account keepers and accouting experts as sample of study.After the sorting process ,we have been kept 35 questionnaire as a sample of analysis and study,we used statistical packages program for social sciences SPSS to conduct the appropriate statistical analysis and choosing the hypotheses of the study and reach the desired goal.This study reached a set of results,the most important of them are,the use of information technology has important role on the improving the performance of account keepers related to the control of accounting and internal countrol system in addition to financial information,also it helps them for checking compliance with laws ,internal orders and external system,then it plays important role on the audit process for high qualiy guides.
