Item دور البنوك التجارية في تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية الفلاحية وانعكاساتها على التنمية المحلية >دراسة حالة البنك(جامعة غرداية /كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2023) عبد الله, حاج عبد اللهتهدف هذه الد ا رسة لمعرفة ما م دى مساهمة البنوك التجارية في تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية الفلاحية بالج ا زئر حيث كانت الد ا رسة على عينة من المشاريع الاستثمارية الفلاحية على المستوى الوطن والموالة من طرف البنك الفلاحة خلال الفترة ) 2000 - 2020 ( بإشارة إلى ولاية أد ا رر وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي في د ا رسة . حيث خلصت النتائج الد ا رسة إلى أن : يساهم البنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية - BADR في تمويل مختلف المشاريع الاستثمارية الفلاحية على مستوى ولاية أد ا رر وعلى مستوى الوطن يساهم البنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية - BADR بدفع التنمية وذلك من خلال التمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية .This study aims to address the extent to which commercial banks contribute to financing agricultural investment projects in Algeria Where the study was on a sample of agricultural investment projects at the national level and funded by the Bank of Agriculture during the period from 2000 to 2022 with reference to the state of Adrar, using the descriptive approach in the study. The results of the study concluded that: The Bank of Agriculture contributes to the financing of various agricultural investment projects at the level of the state of Adrar and at the national level The Bank of Agriculture contributes to the advancement of development through financing investment projectsItem دور الحكومة المفتوحة في تحسين أداء الجماعات المحلية "دراسة حالة / ــ دراسة مقارنة لعينة من الدول العربية ــ(جامعة غرداية, 2022) حسناء, بن كادي; هاجر, بوحميدةلقد تم إعداد هذه الدراسة من أجل إظهار دور الحكومة المفتوحة في تحسين أداء الجماعات المحلية وذلك بالاعتماد على المرجعيات الأدبية الحديثة في مجال الحكومة المفتوحة ودور التكنولوجيا في تطوير العمل الحكومي وتعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة والتشاركية ومن أجل الوصول إلى هذا الهدف قمنا بدارسة لعينة من الدول العربية مع استخدام أسلوب المقارنة في الجانب التطبيقي. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل اليها في هذه الدراسة نذكر ما يلي: أن الجماعات المحلية تقوم على مفهوم الحكومة المفتوحة بالاعتماد على تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال كوسيلة أساسية لحقيق مبادئ الشفافية والمشاركة والمساءلة وبهذا توصلنا إلى أن الحكومة المفتوحة هي السبيل لتحقيق التنمية. This study has been prepared in order to show the role of open government in improving the performance of local groups by relying on modern literary references in the field of open government and the role of technology in developing government work and enhancing transparency, accountability and participation. In order to reach this goal, we studied a sample of Arab countries with the use of the comparative method in the practical side. Among the most important results obtained in this study are the following: The local groups are based on the concept of open government by relying on information and communication technology as a basic means to achieve the principles of transparency, participation and accountability. Thus, we concluded that open government is the way to achieve development.
