    هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مسامهة الثقافة التنظيمية في دعم وتنفيذالخطة الاستراتجية ، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي عن طريق دراسة العالقة بُت متغَتات الدراسة من وجهة نظر ادلبحوثُت، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من عماؿ مؤسسة مديرية التوزيع SONELGAZ لوالية ورقلة، واليت بلغت 35 عامل هبذه ادلؤسسة، من خالؿ توزيع االستبياف ومعاجلتو اإلحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss نسخة 22 وتوصلت الدراسة إذل العديد من النتائج أمهها: 1- لدى مؤسسة مديرية التوزيع SONELGAZ لوالية ورقلة اىتماـ بتكوين ثقافة تنظيمية مرتفعة، ربث العاملُت على تبنيها والتعامل حسب عناصرىا. 2- هتتم مؤسسة مديرية التوزيع SONELGAZ لوالية ورقلة دبستوى تنفيذ عارل للخطة اإلسًتاتيجية اليت تضعها. 3- توجد عالقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة بُت تطبيق الثقافة التنظيمية وتنفيذ اخلطة اإلسًتاتيجية بادلؤسسة. تظهر أكثر من خالؿ عنصر التوقعات التنظيمية.لا توجد فروؽ ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الداللة حوؿ تنفيذ اخلطة اإلسًتاتيجية تعود إذل ادلتغَتات الشخصية التالية: الجنس ، المستوى التعليمي، الخبرة ، الرتبة الوظيفية. وتوجد الفروق بالنسبة لخاصية السن The study aimed at identifying the extent of the organizational culture's contribution to supporting and implementing the strategic plan. We used the descriptive approach by studying the relationship between study variables from the viewpoint of the respondents. The study was conducted on a random sample of 35 employees of Sonelgaz Company in Ouargla, Algeria. Our tools in achieving this were: (1) the distribution of a questionnaire and its statistical treatment through the "SPSS program, version 22". The study's most important findings were: 1- Sonelgaz Ouargla has an interest in forming a high organizational culture, urging employees to identify and deal with its components. 2- Sonelgaz Ouargla is concerned with a high level of implementation of its strategic plan. 3- There is a direct correlation between organizational culture and its contribution to the implementation of the institution's strategic plan. It appears more through the elements of organizational expectations. 4- There are no real significant differences at the level of significance regarding the implementation of the strategic plan due to the following personal variables: gender, level of education, experience, title, and differences of age.

    علاقة الهيكل التنظيمي بالخطة الإستراتجية للمنظمة دراسة حالة بعيادة الواحات بغرداية

    The objective of this study was to identify the relationship of the organizational structure with the organization's strategic plan, by studying the relationship of the most important dimensions of the organizational structure, represented by the extent of (formality, centrality, complexity) with the organization's strategic plan. To achieve the objectives of the study, a field study was conducted for the Oasis Clinic in Ghardaïa. A defined sample was selected, most of whom were civil servants in supervisory positions in senior management, as the descriptive approach was used in the study. In addition, interview and observation were used to collect qualitative data and consequently to analyze it, answer the questions and test hypotheses. Therefore, the study has led to some results and the most important are : 1. There is a positive correlation between the organizational structure in its three dimensions (formal, central and complex) and the strategic plan of the Oasis Clinic in Ghardaïa 2. The strategy adopted by the Oasis Clinic of Ghardaïa is carried out at the level of its introduction into the strategic plan, by formalization and specialization in the organizational structure, and centralization in decision making, with a relative relaxation on the side of medical units, and complex methods of management, direction and organization Several practical recommendations were presented, the most important : 1. Offering the alternative strategy great importance by the Oasis Clinic, Ghardaïa, because this strategy achieves the strongest relationships with the dimensions of the organizational structure and the dimensions of the alternative strategy, and through it the competitive advantage is built, which guarantees more superiority over the competitors. 2. Increasing the company's capital, by planning to find alternatives to provide additional resources, to facilitate it to achieve its strategic plans and objectives, which will be reflected positively on its revenues to secure the implementation of its various programs 3. Rising alignment and coordination of the current organizational structure with the strategic plan through seven important practical steps
