Item بغرداية CASNOSالعدالة التنظيمية و أثرها في الحد من الصراع التنظيمي دراسة حالة مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي لغير الأجراء(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2019-06-19) زوليخة, حسانيتهدف الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة أثر العدالة التنظيمية في الحد من الصراع التنظيمي عن طريق معالجة الإشكالية التالية ما مدى تأثير العدالة التنظيمية في الحد من الصراع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر العاملين في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي لغير الأجراء بولاية غرداية وكذا مستوى تطبيق العدالة التنظيمية من قبل الإدارة ، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن مدى تأثير في الح د م ن الصراع التنظيمي )سلبي( ومن أجل الإجابة على الإشكالية وتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار صحة فرضيتها تم إعداد استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة قدرها 80 موظف من موظفي في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني لضمان الإجتماعي بولاية غرداية ، ولإختبار وتحليل الفرضيات تم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية ، وقد كانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها : • هناك توافر لأبعاد العدالة التنظيمية )عدالة التوزيعية ، عدالة الإجراءات ، عدالة المعامل ة( في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني لضمان الاجتماعي بولاية غرداية من وجهة نظر العاملين بها ؛ • هناك علاقة أثر بين درجة تبني أبعاد العدالة التنظيمية و الحد من الصراع التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة ؛ أما أهم ما وصت به الدراسة : • إعادة النظر في الإجراءا ت المعمول بها في المؤسس ة لتتوافق مع تطلعات وآمال العمال، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الجوان ب الإجرائية ك تشجيع المبادرا ت ومختلف الإقتراحات التي تتعل ق بالإجراءات وال تي يقدمها العمال وتبنيه ا بصورة علمي ة وعملي ة ؛ • الموازنة في توزيع الواجبات والأعبا ء الوظيفية بما يكفل شعور الموظف بالعدالة تجاه ما يكلف به من أعمال، والحد من ظاهر ة الصراع السلبي في الصندو ق الوط ني لضمان الاجتماعي لولاي ة غردايةThe social study current to know of the favored justice regulatory in regulatory lessen the struggle in national organization the box for security in state aims Grdaayt and as that level application of the regulatory justice before the administration, in in addition to the detection about extension of impact in regulatory lessen the struggle, and mn 'ajl period of the answer on problematic and investigation of goals studious and test health her of hypothesis was complete preparation of questionnaire and his distribution on sample affords her 80 employee from employees in national organization the box for security social in state Grdaayt in state Grdaayt, and to hypothetical experimenting and analysis was complete use of number of the statistical ways, and leads was the important results continuous to her: • There abundance for distances the regulatory justice (justice distributional, justice of the measures, justice of the treatment) in national organization the box for security social in state Grdaayt from viewpoint working in her;• There relationship of effect between degree of adoption regulatory distances of the justice and the border regulatory lessen the struggle in the organization in place of studious; As for important what wSt in him the study: • Returning looking into of the made measures in her in the organization to expectations and hopes of the laborers agree with, with the initiated taking in eye the procedural considering the sides as encouragement and the different suggestions which the measures hang in and which presents her the laborers and her adoption in scientific image and operation;• The essential equilibrium in distribution and the functional cloak in what feeling of the employee in the justice guarantees towards what costs in him from works, and the limiting the apparent laziness the social box national for security social for state Grdaayt the words .Item ضغوط العمل ومساهمتها في حدوث الصراع التنظيمي من وجية نظر أساتذة وموظفي كمية العموم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعموم التسيير جامعة غرداية(جامعة غرداية/كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ، التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2018) حميد, بوزيد; عبد الكريم, زعنونIn this study, we have attempted to answer the general question: what is the relationship of work pressure to the occurrence of organizational conflict? in the institution. In order to achieve the objectives of our study, we used the analytical method to analyse the data and information obtained. This study was applied to a sample of administrative staff, Commercial and management sciences in the university of Guardia, based on a set of tools that help to collect data and test hypotheses to reach the results of the study, 74 questionnaires were distributed to teachers and administrative staff. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a relationship between work pressures and organizational conflict. The pressures on the physical environment, individual pressures and even at the community level, such as poor relations with colleagues, subordinates and presidents, lead to organizational conflict. Even those pressures on sources at the enterprise level as improper organizational structure, Clear lead to this kind of organizational conflict. We also found differences between respondents on the impact of labour pressures on organizational conflict due to demographic and functional characteristics. The researcher in this study relied on descriptive and questionnaires as methods of data collection This study included (134) employees of the Directorate of domain in Ouargla., this study has (67 sample) employees, and showed many results ,that there is a use of organizational conflict management strategies in Directorate of domain in Ouargla, at an average level, the compromise strategy was followed by the strategy of collaboration, followed by the strategy of competition, followed by the strategy of indulgence , in the last the strategy of avoidance. The study also showed significant differences in the level of use of organizational conflict management strategies due to personal variables (age, gender). The study reached several results, which are: An increase in the level of practicing occupational safety procedures and the level of application of methods of reducing organizational conflict in the studied organization. The study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the individuals' evaluation of the level of application of methods of reducing organizational conflict (dominance and power - cooperation and appeasement - avoidance) in the applied research unit for renewable energies in Ghardaia attributed to the level of practicing occupational safety procedures in it
