Item التكنولوجيا الصناعية الفنية الحديثة و دورها في التقليل من حوادث العمل في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية .دراسة ميدانية سوسوتنظيمية على عينة من عمال مؤسسة آلفابيب لصناعة الأنابيب بغرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2023) أسامة, بارود; نور الدين, بولعراس; آمال, حواطيا شك أن الاهتمام المتزايد بظاهرة حوادث العمل، عبر مختلف المداخل السوسيوتنظيمية، وفي ظل التحديثات التكنولوجية الفنية الحديثة، داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية الصناعية اليوم، ما هو الا انعكاس لخطورة هذه الحوادث وما تخلفه من نتائج، تشكل جملة من المعيقات أمام الأهداف التنظيمية، وذلك عبر استنزاف مواردها البشرية والمادية، ففي مقالنا هذا، وعبر دراسة ميدانية، وفي محاولة منا، للبحث عن مسألة التمكن في التكنولوجيا الصناعية الفنية الحديثة ودورها في التقليل من حوادث العمل في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية، كانت المؤسسة الاقتصادية لصناعة الأنابيب بغرداية، مجتمع بحثنا المستهدف، من خلال تطبيقنا لمنهج دراسة الحالة، وذلك بدراسة الظاهرة في المؤسسة، وجمع معطياتها وتحليلها وكذا مناقشتها، بحيث تم التوصل إلى أن التمكن في التكنولوجيا الفنية الحديثة في العملية الصناعية، دور في التقليل من حوادث العمل، من خلال اسهامها في تشكيل هوية صناعية، يتضمنها الوعي بالأمن والسلامة المهنيين، وعبر توجيه سلوك الأفراد نحوه، وكذا تقليل العبء الصناعي، ومنح مساحة كافية لتدارك الأخطاء المؤدية لحوادث العمل واحتواءها، في ظل المتغيرات السوسيوثقافية، والنفسية والفيزيولوجية وكذا الذهنية، غير الثابتة للعامل، أثناء تأدية مهامه الوظيفية. The increased attention devoted to workplace accidents by the socio-organizational approaches, under today’s technical technological updates in the industrial economic enterprises, is undoubtedly a reflection of the seriousness of these accidents and their consequences. These latters hinder the organizational goals of the companies, by depleting their human and material resources. In this article, a field study was conducted to explore the potential of mastering the modern technical technology in reducing workplace accidents at the Algerian economic enterprises. The target research community was the economic institution of the pipe industry in Ghardaia, and by applying the case study method on it, through collecting, analyzing and discussing its data, it has been concluded that the mastery of modern technical technology in the industrial process has a role in reducing workplace accidents, as it contributes in forming an industrial identity, that involves guiding the individuals’ behavior towards the awareness of the occupational safety as well as reducing the industrial burden, by giving sufficient space to correct and contain errors that lead to work accidents, under sociocultural, psychological, physiological and intellectual changes that vary for the worker, while performing his job.Item الثقافة القانونية للسلامة ودورها في خفض حوادث العمل للمورد البشري دراسة ميدانية في مركز الامداد غرداية –المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات(جامعة غرداية, 2022) الزيغم, الشرع; محمد, قمانةلا تازل المؤسسة الاقتصادية تارهن ضمن أولوياتها وسياساتها على استغلال و استثمار الموارد البشرية التي تعتبر الركيزة الاقتصادية الأساسية لهذه المؤسسة ، و مع تازيد وتيرة العمل و التصنيع و الحاجة الى زيادة الانتاج كان العامل له الدور الرئيس في التعامل مع هذه التكنولوجيا و مخاطرها و أيضا مع المحيط ومناخ العمل وما يحتويه من مشاكل وضغوطات مؤدية به في كثير من الأحيان إلى التعرض لحوادث عمل، والتي في الغالب يكون العامل فيها السبب المباشر او غبر المباشر في ارتكبها ،اما نتيجة الاهمال في تعامله مع المخاطر المحيطة به أو عدم الانضباط والالتازم بقوانين و إجارءات الوقاية التي ينص عليها لوائح العمل ، فمعظم المؤسسات تحاول أن تجند كافة السبل للعمل على ارحة العمال و الح رص على حمايتهم من التعرض للحوادث التي تقع أثناء تأديتهم لمهامهم لتجعل من ثقافة الامن الصناعي الوقائي من المكونات المهمة للثقافة التنظيمية السائدة داخل المؤسسة، ولعلى اكبر مثال على ذلك الأزمة التي يعيشها العالم اثر تفشي جائحة كورونا و المؤسسات بصفة خاصة ، فرغم كل وسائل التوعية التي جندت من اجلها من وسائل الاعلام سواء المقروءة و المسموعة و المرئية للوقاية الى جانب القوانين التي سنت من اجلها إلا أننا نجد داخل المؤسسة من يلتزم و يحرص على اجارءات الوقاية و هم قلة و الكثير من يأخذ الأمر بسطحية من خلال الاستهتار بالمرض و اللامبالاة في التعامل معه رغم خطورته، هذا ما يعكس لنا الذهنية و الثقافة السائدة للعمال داخل التنظيمات وطريقة التعامل مع الأخطار المهنية بالرغم من ان نهايتها قد تكون حادث عمل خطير. وفي مقالنا سنحاول تحليل العلاقة بين متغيري ثقافة الأمن المهني لدى العامل من جهة والحوادث المهنية من جهة أخرى. The economic institution is still wagering within its first concerns and policies on the exploitation and investment of human resources, which is the vital economic uprights of this institution, and with the proliferating cadence of work and industrialization and thedire need to increase production, the worker had the chief role in dealing with this technology and its risks, as well as with the environment and the work climate and what it contains of problems and pressures that often lead to work accidents, in which the worker is often the direct or indirect source of causing them, either as a result of negligence in dealing with the circumforaneous risks or absence of discipline and the commitment to the prevention laws and procedures specified in the work regulations. Most of institutions are trying to deploy all means to work for the comfort of workers and to guarantee their protection from exposure to accidents that occur during the performance of their duties to make the culture of preventive industrial security one of the important elements of the organizational culture prevailing within the institution, and the best example of this is the crisis that the world is living and the institutions in particular, after the outbreak of the Corona pandemic. Despite all the means of staff awareness for which the media, whether read, audio or visual, were mobilized for prevention in addition to the laws that were enacted for them, but we find within the institution those who adhere to and are keen on prevention measures and they are few and many take superficial matters Through disregard for the sick and indifferent in dealing with despite its danger. All what is said reflects the mentality and the dominant culture of workers within the organizations and the way of dealing with professional hazards Although its end may be a fatal work accident In this paper, we attempt to analyze the relationship between the variables of the professional security culture of the worker on the one hand and professional accidents on the other hand
