Item إستراتيجية الدولة في ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات - حالة الجزائر 2000-2023(جامعة غرداية, 2024) أسماء, بن ساحةإن الهدف الأول لهذه الدراسة هو البحث عن الإستراتيجيات المعتمدة من قبل الدولة الجزائرية لترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات ، وذلك من خلال التعرف على آليات عمل هذه الإستراتيجيات ومدى نجاحها، حيث أن الجزائر تسعى جاهدة لتنمية اقتصادها والقضاء على العديد من الأزمات الاقتصادية ، وهذا عن طريق محاولة تصدير ما هو خارج المحروقات وعدم الاعتماد على المحروقات لما تشهده هذه الأخيرة من تذبذب دائم. تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة؛ حيث توصلنا إلى أن انتهاج سياسات تجارية جديدة متعلقة بترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات هو أمر في غاية الأهمية، ويجب العمل على ترقية هاته الصادرات بشكل أفضل وأوسع؛ حيث أن النسب التي لاحظناها من سنة 2000 إلى سنة 2023 فيما تعلق بالصادرات خارج المحروقات كانت ضعيفة نوعا ما. من قبل الدولة الجزائرية لترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات ، وذلك من خلال التعرف على آليات عمل هذه الإستراتيجيات ومدى نجاحها، حيث أن الجزائر تسعى جاهدة لتنمية اقتصادها والقضاء على العديد من الأزمات الاقتصادية ، وهذا عن طريق محاولة تصدير ما هو خارج المحروقات وعدم الاعتماد على المحروقات لما تشهده هذه الأخيرة من تذبذب دائم. تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة؛ حيث توصلنا إلى أن انتهاج سياسات تجارية جديدة متعلقة بترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات هو أمر في غاية الأهمية، ويجب العمل على ترقية هاته الصادرات بشكل أفضل وأوسع؛ حيث أن النسب التي لاحظناها من سنة 2000 إلى سنة 2023 فيما تعلق بالصادرات خارج المحروقات كانت ضعيفة نوعا ما.
