    دور الابتكارات المالية في تطوير السوق المالي الإسلامي- الصكوك الإسلامية نموذجا

    تعتبر السوق المالية الإسلامية من أهم الأسواق في النظم الاقتصادية الحديثة، وتتميز هذه السوق عن غيرها بالتزام الأدوات والمنتجات المالية فيها لضوابط الشريعة الإسلامية إصدارا وتداولا. وتعد الصكوك الإسلامية من أبرز هذه الأدوات حيث أضحت لها مكانة كبيرة وهامة في الأسواق المالية الإسلامية لما لها من دور في تعبئة المدخرات وتمويل المشروعات. وتهدف هذه الدراسة لتبين الدور الذي يلعبه الابتكار المالي الإسلامي في تطوير وتنشيط السوق المالي الإسلامي الدولي. حيث نهجت هذه الدراسة منهجا وصفيا تحليليا وتم فيها تناول المفاهيم العامة للصكوك الإسلامية وانواعها، وكذا حجم وجهة إصدار هذه الصكوك في السوق المالي الإسلامي الدولي، كما تم تسليط الضوء على واقع وتحديات النهوض بالصناعة المالية الإسلامية في الجزائر، وخلصت دراستنا الى أن الصكوك أحد أهم الابتكارات المالية الإسلامية التي لها دور كبير في تعبئة المدخرات وتمويل المشروعات في السوق المالي الإسلامي. The Islamic financial market is considered one of the most important market in the modern economic system. And this market is distiguished from others by its commitment financial instruments and products in which the islamic sharia controls. Islamic sukuk are among the most prominent of these tools, have a large and important position in the islamic financial markets because of their role in mobilizing saving and project financing. This study came to show the role played by islamic financial innovation in the developemment and enirgizing of the international islamic financial market. This study followed a descriptive and analytical approach, in which the general concepts of Islamic instruments and their types were dealt with, as well as the size and the issuing authority in the international islamic financial market. The reality and challenges of advancement have also been highlighted the islamic financial industry in Algeria. Our study concluded that sukuk is one of the most important Islamic financial innovations that have a major role in mobilizing savings and financing projects in the Islamic financial market
