    أثر إدارة التغيير في نجاح تطبيق مفهوم التحول الرقمي في المؤسسة - دراسة حالة مركز الضرائب بغرداية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر ادارة التغيير في نجاح تطبيق مفهوم التحول الرقمي في مركز الضرائب فرع غرداية،وللوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما استخدمنا أداة الإستبيان، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من مجموعة من الموظفين العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة حيث بلغ عدد الاستبيانات الموزعة 35 إستبيان، وتم إسترجاع 31استبيان أي بنسبة 85%، أما تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها فتم بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (26SPSS). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى تطبيق إدارة التغيير في - مركز الضرائب – فرع غرداية كان مرتفعاً،أما مستوى نجاح التحول الرقمي كان متوسط، مع وجود تفاوت في تطبيق بعض مؤشراته، كما تبيّن لنا وجود ارتباطات موجبة قوية بين أبعاد إدارة التغيير والتحول الرقمي، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالمرونة التنظيمية والتغيير التكنولوجي. وأكد تحليل الانحدار أن لأبعاد إدارة التغيير: التغييرفيالأفراد،التغييرفيالهيكلالتنظيمي،الدعمالقيادي،التغييرفيالتكنولوجياومقاومةالتغييرأثراً ذو دلالة إحصائية في نجاح تطبيق التحول الرقمي، كما توصلنا إلى عدم وجود فروق تعزى إحصائي اللعوامل الشخصية والوظيفية لأفرادعينة الدراسة تبع المتغيرالجنس،السن،المستوى التعليمي،الأقدمية والمستوى الوظيفي This study aims to identify the impact of change management on the successful implementation of the digital transformation concept within the tax center. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. The study population consisted of a group of employees working in the organization under study, with 35 questionnaires distributed and 31 questionnaires returned, representing a response rate of 85%. The collected data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS version 26). The study results showed that the level of change management implementation in the Tax Center – Ghardaia Branch – was high, while the level of digital transformation success was moderate, with variations in the application of some of its indicators. Furthermore, strong positive correlations were found between the dimensions of change management and digital transformation, particularly concerning organizational flexibility and technological change. Regression analysis confirmed that the dimensions of change management – change in individuals, change in organizational structure, leadership support, change in technology, and resistance to change – have a statistically significant impact on the success of digital transformation. The study also found no statistically significant differences attributable to the personal and functional factors of the study sample members based on the variables of gender, age, educational level, seniority, and job level

    يحاول هذا البحث ان يقدم لنا الطاقات المتجددة ماهي ومدى أهميتها في الوقت الحالي ومستقبلا كون العالم يواجه تحديات اجبرت الدول على تبني سياسيات طاقوية ولو على المدى البعيد، تهدف الى تغطية جزء من حاجياتها بمصادر الطاقة المتجددة والغير ناضبة كالشمس والرياح والمد والجزر والماء...الخ. فلقد تزايد الاهتمام بموضوع الطاقات المتجددة في الآونة الاخيرة كونها أحد المصادر الرئيسية للطاقة فالعالم، فضلا عن كونها طاقة نظيفة وغير ملوثة للبيئة. الكلمات المفتاحية: طاقات متجددة، طاقة الشمسية، طاقة الرياح، أهمية الطاقات المتجددة، خصائص الطاقة المتجددةCette recherche essaie de nous présenter les énergies renouvelables ،leur importance actuelle et future étant donné que le monde fait face à des défis qui ont obligé les pays à adopter des politiques énergétiques même à long terme ،visant à couvrir une partie de leurs besoins énergétiques à partir de sources d'énergie renouvelable et non épuisable telles que le soleil ،le vent ،les marées ،l'eau...etc . L'intérêt pour les énergies renouvelables a augmenté ces derniers temps ،car elles sont l'une des principales sources d'énergie dans le monde ،en plus d'être une énergie propre et non polluante pour l'environnement
