    دور الاتصال الداخلي في تفعيل إدارة التغيير دراسة حالة مديرية اتصالات الجزائر لولاية غرداية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الاتصال الداخلي في تفعيل إدارة التغيير من وجهة نظر عمال وإطارات مديرية اتصالات الجزائر لولاية غرداية، ولتحقيق أهدا الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري والتطبيقي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من عمال وإطارات مديرية اتصالات الجزائر لولاية غرداية. تم توزيع 70 استبانة وتم استرداد 52 استبانة قابلة للتحليل، أما فيما يخص التحليل الإحصائي فقد تم الاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS 20 ، ومجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج من بينها:  أظهرت الدراسة وجود مستوى من الاتصالات الداخلية في مديرية الاتصالات لولاية غرداية. Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle de la communication interne dans l’activation de la gestion du changement organisationnel du point de vue des employés et cadres de la direction de télécommunication (Algérie télécom.) W. de Ghardaïa, et pour atteindre les objectifs de l’étude, on a utilisé la méthode descriptif et analytique, l’ échéant de l’étude est composé des employés et cadres de la direction de télécommunication (Algérie télécom.) W. de Ghardaïa. On a distribué 70 questionnaires , 60 ont été récupérés, on a fait notre analyse statistique en utilisons le programme Spss version 20 et d’autre outils statistiques ,et L'étude a atteint plusieurs résultats dont les plus importants sont:  L'étude a montré qu’il y a un niveau de la communication interne au niveau d’Algérie Telecom, wilaya de Ghardaïa.  L'étude a montré qu’il y a un niveau de management du changement au niveau d’Algérie Telecom, wilaya de Ghardaïa أظهرت الدراسة وجود مستوى من إدارة التغيير في مديرية الاتصالات لولاية غرداية

    أثر تغيير التقنية على االاتصال داخل المؤسسة دراسة حالة : مؤسسة نفطال غرداية

    تهدف هده الدراسة الى قياس مدى تأثير تغيير التقنية على الاتصال الداخلي للمؤسسة وذلك من خالل الاجابة على الاشكالية المتمثلة في مدى تأثير تغيير التقنية على عملية الاتصال الداخلي مبؤسسة نفطال غرداية، حيث استخدمنا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري و اسلوب دراسة الحالية في الجانب التطبيقي فتم توزيع استبيان على عينة متكونة من 50 فردا مبؤسسة نفطال غرداية و مت اسرتجاع 40 استمارة و هدا من اجل مجع املعطيات الت متت معاجلتها ابستخدام االساليب االحصائية و االستعانة بب انمج احلزم االحصائية SPSS و كذا إبجراء بعض املقابالت مع مسؤولني ابملؤسسة و قد توصلنا ال النتائج التالية : ➢ يؤثر تغيري التقنية على االتصال الداخلي مبؤسسة نفطال غرداية ؛ ➢ ال يوج د اثر ذو داللة احصائية لبعد االجهزة و املعدات على االتصال الداخلي يف مؤسسة نفطال غرداية ؛ ➢ ال يوج د اثر ذو داللة احصائية لبعد البجميات على االتصال الداخلي يف مؤسسة نفطال غرداية ؛ ➢ ال يوج د اثر ذو داللة احصائية لبعد الشبكات على االتصال الداخلي يف مؤسسة نفطال غرداية ؛ ➢ يوجد اثر ذو داللة احصائية لبعد قواعد البياانت على االتصال الداخلي يف مؤسسة نفطال غرداية This study aims to measure the extent of the impact of technological change on the corporate internal communication by answering the reaserch question about the impact of technology change on the the corporate internal communication in NAFTAL.GHARADAÏA,corporate we used the descriptive approach in the theoretical chapter and the case study method on the empirical one, So a questionnaire was distributed to a sample consisting of 50 individuals workers in NAFTAL.GHARADAÏA,corporate 40 questionnaires were retrieved and this is in order to collect the data that have been processed using SPSS statistical methods in adition to conducting some interviews with the corporate responsibles. At the end of the study we reached some results such as - technology change affects the internal communication of an organization. - there is no statistically significant effect of the dimension of devices and equipment on the internal communication at NAFTAL.GHARADAÏA corporation. - there is no statistically significant effect of the software dimension on the internal communication in NAFTAL.GHARADAÏA corporation. - there is no statistically significant effect of the network dimension on the internal communication at NAFTAL.GHARADAÏA corporation. - there is a statistically significant impact of the remoteness of the databases on the internal communication in NAFTAL.GHARADAÏA corporation
