Item تأثير سياسات التجارة الخارجية على أداء المؤسسات الصناعية دراسة حالة الشركة الجديدة للمبرد الصحراوي(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ,التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2024) محمد أكرم, بلكبيرApres notre étude au niveau de "S O N E R A S" société de production de refroidisseurs de voitures, nous avons découvert l’ampleur de l’impact que les institutions industrielles subissent des restrictions et des politiques telles que les barrières commerciales et les droits de douane imposés par le commerce extérieur, en particulier en Algérie, qui est connue comme l’un des pays les plus complexes dans ce domaine, il nous est donc apparu clairement qu’il y a des difficultés à l’importation et à l’exportation, donc on n’as découvert que, par exemple, les droits de douane sont surévalués, ce qui augmente les coûts pour l’institution ,cela déficit les échange commerciale pour les entreprises algériennes. Ces résultats ont été obtenus grâce à notre étude niveau de la société , où elle a été réalisée par les responsable d’entretiens et les cadres de l’institution et de questions posées dans les limites du champ de recherche, et l’étude a inclus le développement de nouvelles stratégies avec les tensions commerciales internationales, et enfin des résultats et des recommandations ont été obtenus qui aideraient l’institution à s’adapter aux variables de la politique du commerce extérieurItem RECIBATالمبادلات التجارية الخارجية للمؤسسة إسترجاع البطاريات(جامعة غرداية : كلية العلوم الإقتصادية ,التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2024) رضوان, أولاد داود; علي, خنولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه هذه المؤسسة في تطوير مستمر ومساهمتها تستحق الإهتمام في مجال المبادلات التجارية الخارجية (RECIBAT) تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول مدى مساهمة المؤسسات المتوسطة المحلية في التنمية و تنويع المبادلت التجارية الخارجية والعينة مؤسسةCette étude vise à mettre en lumière la mesure dans laquelle les entreprises moyennes locales contribuent au développement et à la diversification des échanges commerciaux extérieurs. Examples of these banks include the Algerian Foreign Bank, BEA. This addresses the problem The role of banking institutions in financing international trade. We approached the topic in two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, we discussed various concepts and analyses related to banking institutions and their financing methods for internationally active institutions. In the practical part, we conducted a case study at the Algerian Foreign Bank, BEA, in the Ghardaia province. We reached a set of results, the most important of which is that documentary collection technology is the most widely used due to the high level of trust between the importer and exporter. Additionally, open account financing is the easiest method, while maritime transport is the most commonly used means of international commodity transportation..Item دور نظم المعلومات الدولية في دعم نمو التجارة الخارجية دراسة ميدانية ( الشركة الوطنية للأنابيب ALFAPIPE ALFAPIPE )(جامعة غرداية, 2023) مريم, الحاج قويدرتهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه نظم المعلومات في تعزيز وتسهيل عمليات التجارة الخارجية. و إلى فهم كيفية استخدام وتطبيق نظم المعلومات في سياق التجارة الدولية وتحديد الفوائد والمزايا التي تقدمها للشركات والشركاء التجاريين . و من خلال الدراسة، ستتم تحليل وتقييم أداء نظم المعلومات في تسهيل عمليات التجارة الخارجية، بما في ذلك تدفق المعلومات وتوافرها وج ودتها. سيتم دراسة كيفية استخدام هذه النظم لتبادل المعلومات المتعلقة بالسوق والمتطلبات القانونية واللوجستية والمالية في سلاسل التوريد العالمية . حيث تناول الاستبيا ن الموجه للعينة المدروسة )مصلحة التجارة الدولية و مصلحة المالية( نقاط تتعلق بجوانب تخص ابعاد نظم المعلومات الدولية و التجارة الخارجية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، فبعد معاجلتنا وتحليلنا لمختلف جوانب الموضوع النظرية والعملية توصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج ، وقد لخصت إلى توصيات مقترحة تفي بضرورة التزام بتطوير نظم المعلومات و التي تنعكس بالإيجاب على تكريس التجارة الخارجية لدى المؤسسة بصفة خاصة و الجزائر بصفة عامة The aim of this study is to understand the role played by information systems in enhancing and facilitating international trade operations. The study seeks to comprehend the utilization and application of information systems in the context of international trade and identify the benefits and advantages they offer to companies and business partners. Through this study, an analysis and evaluation of the performance of information systems in facilitating international trade operations will be conducted, including the flow, availability, and quality of information. The study will investigate how these systems are used to exchange information related to market dynamics, legal requirements, logistics, and financial aspects within global supply chains. The questionnaire administered to the studied sample (international trade department and Financial department) covered points related to aspects concerning the dimensions of international information systems and foreign trade in the economic institution. After reviewing and analyzing various theoretical and practical aspects of the subject, the study reached important findings. These findings were summarized into proposed recommendations that emphasize the necessity of commitment to the development of information systems. Implementing thèse recommendations would have a positive impact on promoting foreign trade within the institution, particularly, and on Algeria as a whole
