    إدارة المعرفة و دورها في تعز يز الإبداع التنظيمي د راسة حالة الصندوق الوطني للعمال الغير أجراء لولاية غرداية

    تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي. تبين الدراسة أن إدارة المعرفة تلعب دورًا حاسمًا في تحقيق الإبداع داخل المؤسسات. كما تعزز إدارة المعرفة التواصل والتبادل الفعال للمعرفة بين أفراد المؤسسة. ومن خلال توفير بيئة تشجع على التعاون والتفكير المشترك، يمكن تعزيز الإبداع وتوليد أفكار جديدة. و يساهم إدارة المعرفة في توفير المعرفة والخبرات القيمة للمؤسسة. وعن طريق توفير هذه المعرفة للأفراد، يتم تعزيز عملية التعلم وتطوير المهارات والقدرات التي تساهم في الإبداع التنظيمي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة المستهدف من عمالالصندوق الوطني للعمال الغير أجراء لولاية غرداية و استخدمت العينة العشوائية و التي بلغ حجمها43 عامل حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة عليهم و قد استخدم المنهج التحليلي الوصفي للوصول للنتائج. طرحت الإشكالية على النحو التالي: ما مدى مساهمة إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية؟ و توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج أهمها: أن المعرفة تساعد في تحقيق أهداف المديرية، تولي المديرية اهتمامًا كافيًا للعمال ومتابعة انشغالاتهم وتقديم الدعم لهم من خلال نظام الحوافز، تعتمد المديرية على الافكار الجديدة و المبدعة بعيدا عن الروتين The study aims to shed light on the role of knowledge management in enhancing organizational creativity. The study reveals that knowledge management plays a crucial role in achieving innovation within organizations. It also enhances communication and effective knowledge exchange among individuals in the organization. By providing an environment that encourages collaboration and collective thinking, creativity can be enhanced, and new ideas can be generated. Furthermore, knowledge management contributes to providing valuable knowledge and expertise to the organization. By providing this knowledge to individuals, the learning process is enhanced, and skills and capabilities that contribute to organizational creativity are developed. V The study targeted the community of workers at the National Workers' Fund for Unpaid Workers in Ghardaia state. A random sample of 43 workers was used, and questionnaires were distributed to them. The descriptive analytical method was used to reach the results. The research problem was formulated as follows: To what extent does knowledge management contribute to enhancing organizational creativity within the economic institution? The study arrived at several results, including:  Knowledge helps in achieving the goals of the directorate.  The directorate pays sufficient attention to the workers and addresses their concerns, providing support to them through the incentive system.  The directorate relies on new and creative ideas, away from routine.

    The purpose of this study is to contribute to brainstorming to support the administrative innovation of Ooredoo Foundation by answering the general problem of: "What is the extent of the brainstorming contribution to support the administrative creativity in the economic institution" where we used in the descriptive approach in the theoretical side and the method of case study in the applied side A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 60 employees of the Ooredoo Foundation in Algeria and the Ghardaia branch to collect the data, which were classified and processed using statistical methods and using the SPSS package، Where we reached the most important results: - There is a level of brainstorming style and level of administrative innovation in the institution under study. - There are statistically significant differences between brainstorming and management innovation in Ooredoo institution, due to the personal and functional variables of the variables (scientific qualification), and this hypothesis was negated for the variables (gender, age, nature of work, seniority, income).

    Study Title: The degree of organizational trust and its impact on creative behavior from the point of view of department heads and their assistants at Ghardaia University The main purpose of the study: The aim of this study is to illustrat the impact of the degree of organizational trust on the creative behavior of the heads of departments and their assistants of Ghardaia s University The problematic: The main problem of this study is: what is the degree of organizational trust at Ghardaia University from the point of view of department heads and their assistants? And what is influence on their creative behavior? study population: the heads of departments and their assistants at Ghardaia s University, We did not use the sample method because their number is small and can be studied in full and easy Study Methodology and tools: the student used the descriptive and analytical approach to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, using the questionnaire as a tool for collecting the data of this study The most important results: - There is a degree of the confidence organization in the University of Ghardaia from the perspective of department heads and their assistants - There is a level of creative behavior of the heads of departments and their assistants at the University of Ghardaia - There is an impact of organizational confidence as a whole on creative behavior from the point of view of department heads and their assistants at the University of Ghardaia
