Item وحدة غرداية خلال الفترة:2020- 2022 ALFAPIPEتقييم الأداء المالي باستخدام جدول التدفقات النقدية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة: مؤسسة الفابايب(جامعة غرداية - كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير, 2025) عبد الصمد, كبير; عبد العزيز, سكوتيتهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة وتقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال وسيلة تقييم اساسية، وهي جدول التدفقات النقدية، الذي يعكس مدى قدرة المؤسسة على توليد السيولة ومواجهة التزاماتها المالية ، وتم اختيار شركة الفابايبللانابيب وحدة غرداية كدراسة حالة بالنظر إلى طبيعة نشاطها تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي التطبيقي، من خلال تحليل بيانات التدفقات النقدية للشركة خلال نطاق زمني محددة، وربطها بالمؤشرات المالية الأخرى المستخلصة من القوائم المحاسبية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تحليل التدفقات النقدية يُقدم بيانات مالية امثر وضوحا وأكثر واقعية من التحليل التقليدي المعتمد على النتائج المحاسبية فقط، ما يجعله أداة استراتيجية لاتخاذ القرار المالي داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية. This thesis aims to study and evaluate the financial performance of an economic institution through a key evaluation tool, the cash flow statement, which reflects the institution’s ability to generate liquidity and meet its financial obligations. The Public Works Company in the southern region was chosen as a case study due to the nature of its activity. The analytical applied approach was adopted, analyzing the company’s cash flow data over a specific time period and linking it to other financial indicators extracted from the accounting statements. The study concluded that cash flow analysis provides clearer and more realistic financial data compared to traditional analysis based solely on accounting results, making it a strategic tool for financial decision-making within economic institutionsItem تحليل الأداء التشغيلي بإستخدام جدول التدفقات النقدية دراسة حالة مؤسسة سوناطراك المديرية الجهوية السطح - إليزي للفترة 2017-2021(جامعة غرداية, 2023) عبد النور, نجاعيتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع تحليل الأداء التشغيلي باستخدام جدول التدفقات النقدية ، وكانت الدراسة الميدانية للموضوع في المؤسسة الوطنية سوناطراك للمديرية الجهوية السطح لولاية إليزي، حيث تم استخدام مجموعة من المؤشرات أهمها معامل الصافي التدفق النقدي التشغيلي ومعامل القدرة على التمويل الذاتي وكذا النسب المالية المتعلقة بتقييم جودة الأرباح، وذلك من أجل تحليل الأداء التشغيلي لهذه المؤسسة من خلال جداول التدفقات النقدية للفترة من 2017 إلى 2021 . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة كانت جيدة خلال ثلاث سنوات الأولى وسيئة خلال سنتين الأخيرة التي تأثرت سلباً بسبب عدم وجود كفاية في التدفق النقدي التشغيلي ويرجح ذلك بسبب جائحة فيروس كورونا الذي مسَّ نشاط التشغيلي للمؤسسة This study aims to address the subject of operational performance analysis using the cash flow table, and the field study of the subject was at the Sonatrach National Corporation of the Illizi regional surface Directorate, where a set of indicators were used, the most important of which are the net operating cash flow coefficient and the coefficient of self-financing capacity, as well as financial ratios related to assessing the quality of profits, in order to analyze the operating performance of this institution through the cash flow tables for the period from 2017 to 2021 . The study has reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the financial position of the institution was good during the first three years and bad during the last two years, which was negatively affected due to the lack of adequacy in the operating cash flow, most likely due to the corona virus pandemic, which affected the operational activity of the institution
